And you thought that tourists were coming here for The Cake Boss. Not anymore! Hoboken's got a Schlampen-Flüsterer ("Slut Whisperer"). Like Blick reported:
"Was nach einem Pornofilm klingt, geschah an einer Party in der beliebten Hudson Ultra Bar, kurz HUB, in Hoboken (USA)."
True! But, you know the best-kept secret since those viral sex-act videos filmed at HUB turned Hoboken into the Mile Square Schlampen-Flüsterer? It is who owns the HUB... who owns the venue that booked the Schlampen-Flüsterer at least 8 times since October 2017? Don't you want to know? I do.
To recap, HUB's liquor license is owned by Teak on the Hudson, LLC. One of Teak on the Hudson's (3) Principals, Hoboken Fire Battalion Chief Mario Fini, told The Jersey Journal that "he has no ownership of The Hub." Then who does?
Last week GA asked: who or what entity owns Hudson Ultra Bar?

THE 'HUB LLCs'
An unsigned letter arrived yesterday which read in part:
"I followed your lead to help you out and printed the owner information for HUB. I hope it helps I hope the truth comes out. This is terrible what happened but I can't say I didn't see it coming. I don't like the news bad mouthing Hoboken, but you gotta agree wrong is wrong and it should come out."
Attached were Certificate(s) of Formation issued by the NJ Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services on 09/02/2016 as follows (my crappy photos):
According to these documents, (3) 'HUB' LLCs were filed with the New Jersey Department of the Treasury on September 2, 2016.
Four days later, on September 6, 2016 hMAG reported that Teak was closing for renovations to be "repurposed." Also on September 6, Jersey Digs wrote that the contents of Teak were being auctioned off "but a representative at Michael Amodeo & Co made clear that the business is not for sale. Which leaves us to speculate that the owners maybe paving the way for a relaunch under a new concept. "

So, what do these documents tell us?
- Three LLCs: McCue Hub Group, JMC HUB and BMC Hub were registered with the NJ Department of the Treasury at the same time that Teak was closing for renovations.
- The registered "business purpose" of each 'HUB LLC' is "business investment management."'
WHO booked the Schlampen-Flüsterer 8 times?
GA obtained status reports to confirm the Certificates of Incorporation, and that they are active.

So now we're an international joke. Great work, downtown bar owners. If the people named in these forms are part of the LLC, why didn't Fini reveal them? And how is it legal for an active firefighter to own a bar in the first place? When it comes to enforcing safety issues, like capacity and code compliance, they're the enforcers. Right, but this is Hoboken. Conflicts of interest be damned.
