"3 sealed indictments ready"

GA was writing this story when the news dropped about Peter Cunningham...  where was I?  Oh, yes...

Word from more than one source is:

"3 sealed indictments are ready."

That is all.  GA has no idea who the targets are.  The targets may not know, either.  Because according to legalbeagle.com's  "What is a Sealed Indictment?":

"Indictment" is a scary word for some people, but actually it's just an official way of accusing someone of a felony crime. Indicted means the case has gone before a grand jury of up to 23 people, and those people believe that there is a reasonable likelihood that the suspect committed the crime and should be brought to trial. A sealed indictment is the same thing done in secret, so the offender doesn't know he's about to be arrested... A sealed indictment will prevent the suspect from discovering that he's being investigated and fleeing the jurisdiction. The grand jury may also return a sealed indictment to protect the identities of witnesses or to buy time so the police can investigate people complicit in crimes."

So, it appears that- if true- whomever is getting indicted, has not been told.

One can speculate on why.  Perhaps the government needs more time to develop its case, before the target lawyers-up and shuts up.  Perhaps the government wanted to beat the 60-day blackout period before the election.  Perhaps the government is adding more indictments and is waiting for those.

The D.O.J. appears to be in no rush.  They let Camarrano get elected.

So, who's next?  As GA told you, in Drip, drip, dripat least one potential target or witness has spent a lot of time before a grand jury.

On the same topic, here's what I heard today from the fellow who told me that the Raia prosecution had rested even before I heard from my sources inside the courtroom.  So whoever he is, he seems to be in-the-know.

[Redacted #8], [Redacted #7], and [Redacted #2] have all lawyered up and are very worried.  [Redacted #5] thinks he has nothing to worry about but [Redacted #1] is gonna change that. Absolutely nobody talks to Holmes or Calicchio anymore.  [Redacted #8] has been bashing them all over town to anyone who will listen. [Redacted #9] is scared to death that Holmes gave him up for the stunts they pulled in his 2015 race.  [Redacted#7 ] is keeping Holmes close to him hoping he doesn't give him up. Holmes gave the government enough to avoid charges don't forget that. [Redacted#7] is biting his nails begging for this 60 days before the election to arrive unfortunately [Redacted #8] and [Redacted #2] don't have that luxury.   [Redacted #1] is doing alot of talking. People trust him too much. I heard [Redacted #9] completely cut off most of old Hoboken. [Redacted #8] keeps calling people within old Hoboken begging to get info if they are asking about him. [Redacted #8]'s attorney is high priced from what I'm told. If you wanna catch Holmes stop by and have lunch in ----- anyday. He works there. Calicchio is completely dead to old Hoboken. Nobody knows what's up with Dio but expect him to get the worst.  Holmes and Calicchio will both be back on the stand against [Redacted #8]. This is far from over and more is coming.

[UPDATE-- forgot this:]

[Redacted #1]  is taking care of [Redacted #3] personally.

  1. Peter, come back!!!!!

We need the legitimacy!!!! Desperately!!!!! We can talk to Uncle Nick. What would it take???? He’s got it, whatever it is.

You realize that if Jen loses, this starts to look like exactly what it is - Grifters Club 2.0??? Mike, Ruben and Tiff and big black SUVs with federal plates everywhere??? Are you freaking kidding me???

We NEED you, man. Come back!!! Name any price (that doesn’t include cleaning up our ELECs, giving up vote buying or sucking up to big developers). Other than that, everything’s negotiable.
