But is what is legal, ethical?
These cell phone "reimbursements" are being paid out of Ruben for Council's 2019 account, opened on May 23, 2016. The "cell phone reimbursements" were paid monthly from January 2016 until June 2016 then.... picked up with (2) phone bills paid in July 2017 and one in August 2017.
It appears that "cell phone reimbursements" stop when the account balance gets low.
Again, this is not illegal. However, aren't campaign funds supposed to be used for campaigns, or to support political candidates and causes? The election is in 2019. Are Ruben Ramos' cell phone expenses really an appropriate use for donor funds?
Well, this is an amusing reminder of the kind of fleas the Sell-Outs are waking up with.
