Watch Romano get a big ego from beating Joshua Sotomayor-Einstein like 100-1 ... then he'll run for Mayor again, throwing the city into a run-off and who knows what kind of flyers the candidates will try again? Then when it's Bhalla VS 2nd place, loser Romano will try to cut a sweetheart deal for himself to endorse a Mayor. There's simply no-way Hoboken will ever Elect a guy like Romano as Mayor.

DeleteUm, no... the bar flies on Washington Street can use "cock block" any way they want, it's a free country. But the term refers to (stopping) sex. Urban Dictionary's pages of definitions for "cock block" all relate to sex, or interfering with someone having sex (hence the "cock" being "blocked").
