In fact, the Frank Raia-Dio Braxton sentencing date was changed twice since this blog reported the last 'new date' on November 12. The sentencing was supposed to transpire yesterday.
It did not. Because on November 14, the court entered a new sentencing date: from November 19 to December 3. Then six days later- today- the court pushed it back one day to December 2.

Yes, Frank and Dio. You may.
Judge William J. Martini, may we take one step back?
Yes, Frank. You may. You too, Dio.
Does the hokey-pokey-polka with Frank's sentencing date mean anything?
Postponement likely means deal making going on. Everyone gets nervous when prison is looming.
ReplyDeleteI doubt it. Deal making usually comes before you make the government waste time and money prosecuting you. He already did that.
ReplyDeleteDeal are made before and after, just ask Bridgegate Weinstein same lawyer. Hes a big deal maker
ReplyDeleteI hope more names are being given up and the case cracks open wider than it has already. Maybe some council members aren't sleeping so well these nights. Never know when an early morning knock may come.
ReplyDelete"When exposing a crime is treated as being a crime, you're being ruled by criminals"
ReplyDeleteA lot of old guard supporters and people who helped Raia channel money to corrupt council candidates were really upset at the testimonies that exposed this crime, but not the crime itself. Tells you all you need to know about the dark siders on our council and their backers.
