It's hard to imagine a bigger bunch of phonies and frauds...
All that teeth-gnashing and boo-hooing over Independent Expenditure and Union money coming into this election for the other team, meanwhile their Dark Money, creepy non-profit corporation (an alleged "social welfare" group) "New Jersey Democracy in Action" has been waiting in the wings to pounce on their opponents.

Me, not so much. There is something off about the photo. I have to look at an actual copy to examine that shadow under Phil's proboscis; it seems like it was photoshopped to, you know, make him look extra "Hebrew." I dunno...
Anyway, who is this shadowy Dark Money entity "New Jersey Democracy in Action"?
They came in to Hoboken in 2018, to support the ballot referendum to restore run-off elections. And a member of their board (coincidentally) works in Paterson with Ruben Ramos.

Here is some of their old "stuff"- I believe NJDA sent 4 citywide mailers, spilling $100K or thereabouts, easy. So where is all of their loot coming from?
Don't bother trying to find out. They don't file with NJ-ELEC, nor did they file a tax return with the IRS.

That looks suspiciously like some of the dark money fliers that have gone out in past elections. Anyone the dark money is against is someone people should be voting for.

ReplyDeleteI always understood that the shit filled code violating lean-to was involved with the "Ravi Terror Flyer" (can we say race baiting with that sobriquet?) and that the mangy gelding who inhabits that foul smelling hovel was just screaming loudly to deflect attention away from the broken down smelly buck toothed horse who is not welcomed into polite society who really was involved with it. Maybe it should relocate to Florida along with its hero. Funny how this cabal of Republicans in sheep's clothing have managed to fool people for quite a while by painting themselves as reformers (purposefully using the small "r").

DeleteMy theory is MDF simply pocketed the $$$ from the GoFundMe and it went into his party on the riverfront-Fun or into his campaign Funds. It's really funny that he got SO worked up over the flier, made it a personal mission to find out whodunnit, then ... crickets after the GoFundMe. You know if this was close to his heart, he'd be yapping about it every waking moment, not letting the public relent with his incessant manufactured drama-laden outrage.

I would highly doubt Michael DeFusco actually agreed to publish that terrorist flyer beforehand, it was probably a product of an outside PAC looking to help him become mayor. However once it made headlines and widely condemned he saw and acted upon the opportunity to use it to his advantage during the election and after he lost as an excuse. He is still trying to use it now.
