A Q-Tipster stopped by today with a waxy dispatch: federal witness Matt Calicchio's new sentencing date. The count to which Calicchio pleaded guilty last May 7 is punishable by a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Note, GA cannot independently verify my Q-Tipster's information because the NJ District Court database still shows a September 12, 2019 sentencing date. Multiple sources have told me this date is wrong and will be adjourned. So, maybe my Q-Tipster isn't full of wax...

ME: Any info on why sentencing got kicked to December? Does it have anything to do with MC's role as a trial witness (when the govt needs him) or is it unrelated?
SOURCE: As far as I'm aware it's just a postponement but wouldn't be surprised its because they are gonna use him again.
