LIFE CYCLE of a Frank Raia political donation

The brass balls on First Ward Council candidate Mike DeFusco are impressive. 

It's not a stretch of the imagination to believe that he, along with several others, are being closely watched, as "low level" campaign staffers from several 2017 campaigns head to Newark voluntarily for fear of what may happen to them if they don't. 

GA was not going to quibble when DeFusco transferred Frank's money to a local veteran's charity instead of refunding it to the donor (Frank).   In fact, gifting, not refunding, a political donation from a donor found guilty of election rigging is giving the cash a second life as good political PR for DeFusco.  NOTHING stops Mike DeFusco from gifting the veteran's charity from his considerable campaign warchest at anytime.  Instead, like a game of hot potato, he tosses the hot potato (Frank's cash) to the charity while benefiting from the appearance of generosity.

Defusco should have given Frank his hot potato BACK.

So, GA wasn't going to quibble.... but now...

The sheer audacity of Mike DeFusco giving Frank's money to  the very POLITICAL CAUCUS that he Chairs leaves one breathless. 

Of course, it's legal. But it reeks of the kind of in-your-face, poke-in-the-eye, brazen corruption that's bringing down Hoboken's celebrity vote harvesters. One at a time.

I suspect the Feds are getting a good laugh.
