DeFusco troll is ba-a-a-ack cyber-harassing First and Sixth Ward candidates!

Funny troll spam-- Mike DeFusco votes on his payroll bi-weekly: by the Troll's logic, City Council members should get no pay and no bennies or their votes will be "biased"!  And... he "likes" his own comment!

Someone tell the DeFusco Troll it's only June! If he continues to harass Bhalla candidates at this pace, by November he'll  be exhausted! In 2017, this same Troll carpet-bombed GA with obnoxious spam targeting mayoral candidate Karen Nason.

Well, he's ba-a-a--ack.  Sure, nothing illegal. The Constitution protects morons, too. But isn't it ironic?

Sir Spam-a-lot's candidate, Mike DeFusco, has systemically blocked every person on social media who dare challenge him intellectually and/or on his political positions.

In fact, even after the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that an elected official cannot block constituents on social media: Facebook, Twitter, etc., First Ward candidate Mike DeFusco remains a steadfast blocker/banner on his official social media accounts.  Let me repeat, Councilman DeFusco is violating the law- until the U.S. Supreme Court reverses its ruling.

Props to all other Hoboken elected officials from all political factions who are not thin-skinned crybabies. For example, you will not see the DeFusco Troll's targets, Cristin Cricco-Powell or Migdalia Paga Milano (Mig), block troll- spam.  Ironic! Or, in this Troll's case, "moronic!"

It's going to be a long campaign season.

Of all the folks on the Ruben' Ramos slate: Fisher, Giattino, Cunningham and DeFusco, the nastiest, most negative campaign may be DeFusco's, who employs a PR firm year-round to swing hard at the Mayor, et. al.

Ramos campaign fundraiser- Ramos with his slate (minus Peter Cunningham)

Maybe.  One of the Ramos slate, a ward council incumbent, is believed to have posted this (about the $1M hotel giveback to the HPEF), under a pseudonym on Hudson County View:

"Mighty damning of our Mayor, loved the bit about promoting favoritism. Guess the mayor’s cadre of liars is fine with such stuff. I mean, seriously, handing out wads of taxpayer money to a most favored group of residents without any oversight! Disappointed that she (or you) think that is honest government because it’s not by any measure. From the sound of things, the mayor is working overtime to make sure he still hands over that wad of cash. Cash for votes for his council members maybe and I thought 50 bucks a pop was egregious back in the day, before the arrests. This, THIS, million dollar bribe, beyond shocking. By the way, has anyone on his ticket disavowed the bribe?"

"Most favored group of residents" means the parents of traditional public school students.

That is not the face this incumbent candidate wears to her School Board Trustee pals. Oh, boy.

  1. The ethically challenged DeFusco doesn't care that his blocking of people on his council Facebook page is a violation of US federal law, he just can't take the heat of anyone questioning his "new energy" and "new ideas" bullshit, yet he thinks he is mayoral material, and his morally challenged live in boyfriend, Herrera is a great boon to the other candidates, as he shows how low he will go, not realizing the damage he's doing.

Even with a PR firm writing for him, it's such a Grindr to stay on message.

    1. Correct me if I'm wrong-- was the DeFusco Troll slur directed at Michael Billy of Hudson Pride? Billy did years of tremendous work leading New Jersey's only full service center for the LBGTQ community, Hudson Pride. I remember what a great job he did leading Jersey City's rally for immigrants, attended by thousands.

Why would the DeFusco Troll smear Hudson Pride management?

    2. Attacking Defusco’s PARTNER, ( not live in boyfriend ) as you try to diminish their lifestyle because they aren’t “ married ?”

Many gay couples are not and until recently couldn’t be.
But since Maggie and her live in Wife exceed the income limits at Marineview PILOT’d scam towers, how will she relate to the average taxpayer?
I hear she and Nora are pushing a millionaire tax !!!

    3. Anon, how do you know what rent Mig's paying? Marineview residents who exceed income limits get bumped up to market rate. This is getting creepy. Am I supposed to counter that with: "how much rent does Ruben pay to live in his Mommy's basement?" C'mon, let's stick to issues! Thank you!

    4. No they pay a 100 stipend not exceeding 1200 for a two bed.
It’s not creepy to use the term “ Grindr “ the gay dating app as a pun?
You have no clue about Jersey City

    5. I pay a $250 charge because I make too much. Which brings my rent past $1500 a month. Not sure where they get their info from but they are talking out their ass.

    6. Anon @ 3:52- I don't care what Mig pays for rent, I don't care that Ruben lives in his Mommy's basement- none of my business, not preocuppied with candidates' home lives. Yeah, it's creepy. The Grindr remark was lewd. But look, I can see where this is all going. I won't allow this comments section turn into a toxic waste dump like Hudson County View's. So grab a screen name, please. Thank you.

Anon @4:00- It is quite possible that Anon 3:52 is talking out of his/her ass.

  2. Calling it the Ramos slate plays well into some strategy but it would be a failed one when it’s revealed Ramos is 100% not the candidate in the complaint

    1. Anon, you are reading too much into it. I've been calling these 5 the Ramos coalition-- now the Ramos slate--- long before there was a Calicchio plea, when we didn't know there was a Candidate 1 or 2. Right? I assume you've read that here, and seen my graphic of the 5 in a giant bed? Right? Nothing new. They're the Ramos slate. Take a chill pill!

    2. They were the Ramos slate as soon as they voted to make that scumbag CC President. That was I believe their first vote where they stabbed every reformer in the back.

  3. Sources say “Holmesie” was wearing a wire for several years.
In meetings with Raia, Beth and others he met with including Matt Calicchio!

    Matt then wore a wire

Some will be quite surprised when the next roundup happens.
Raia did VBM’s for Reform too. It’s far far from over.

    1. Those are interesting rumors.

Just remember the 5 year statute of limitions on prosecution for vbm fraud. Anything that occurred in the 2013 election cycle or prior-- too late. Expired. The government can (try to) enter trial exhibits from earlier election cycles, but those alleged crimes cannot be prosecuted. There is still a small window for 2014 election cycle prosecutions. So, that's why flogging the Ghost of Beth Mason is stupid. No offense. Keep your eye on 2014, 2015 and 2017 election cycles.
