Calicchio's Guilty Plea (court document)

Have you ever seen a Guilty Plea by a Hoboken Defendant in a federal voter fraud prosecution?

Neither have I-- until now.

Below is the 8-page Guilty Plea executed by Defendant Matthew Calicchio,  filed last Tuesday, May 7.

Lawyers, feel free to hop on and explain: Calicchio has plead guilty to "Count 1" but wasn't he charged with crimes in 2013 (for Raia's "Let the People Decide" ballot referendum) and in 2015 (for Hoboken's City Council election)?

Why just "Count 1" for charges in two separate elections?  The U.S. District Court's press release clearly described how a 2015 Hoboken City Council candidate ("Candidate 1") directed Calicchio to pay for VBMs from another Hoboken City Council candidate's campaign committee account.("Candidate 2")

Does "Count 1" cover 2013 and 2015 elections?  Or just pleading to 1 Count as part of a cooperation deal?   Are conspiracy charges coming for 2015?
