POOF! Ramos for Council makes $20,000 in receipts DISAPPEAR

On May 5, 2016, Ramos for Council filed an RQ-2016 for the April 15 Quarter.

On May 23, 2016, Ramos for Council filed a D-1 to open the campaign on the same day it filed an amended RQ-2016.

So...  what did Ramos for Council amend from May 5 to May 23rd?  Take a look:

It looks like $20,000 got disappeared! Note, Ramos for Council reported ZERO funds transferred from his prior campaign. ZERO.

Don't you just hate when a $20,000 deposit goes POOF!  I hate when that happens.

Well, its never actually happened. To me. What about you?
