Holtzman hanging POSTPONED until Nov.7

Last night's interminable 4 1/2 hour Hotel vote had one saving grace: it postponed the Holtzman Hanging.  

Now the public has plenty of time to scrutinize the outrageous conduct of Council members who would put a man 'on trial' without without a crime and without due process, because they can.  

What is this 'hearing?" What are the parameters? What are Holtzman's rights?  Can the public speak up for him?  What are the RULES?  

It's Mile Square Kafka; prosecution by an authority who hears cringes and winces from no-name ghost-lawyers. 

In Mile Square Kafka, audible winces and cringes affirm the authority's certitude.  Wincing and Cringing are proof enough of a crime, proof enough to conduct a trial, to smear a man's reputation, humiliate him in public, hurt him financially.  

In Mile Square Kafka no crime is required, just the whim of the Magistrate. 

In Mile Square Kafka the trial is the crime.  

In 2010 and 2011, Beth Mason did the same to yours truly- tried twice to boot me off the Zoning Board with bogus City Council resolutions-- a proxy in her scorched earth war on Mayor Zimmer.  

Fisher is Beth Mason without the loot; same vanity, ambition and meanness. Gary's gotta pay for being on the wrong political 'side.'  He's at the mercy of a lawless majority, so  let's all watch this 'trial'  very, very closely.
