Sources report that Councilman DeFusco was notified about the devastating water main break in his ward this morning but it appears he had more important things to do...!
He's got that "new (Twitter) energy!" Not much energy for serving First Ward constituents, though.

Mayor Bhalla has been on the scene multiple times since early this morning. The mayor is continuing to monitor the disaster, and address the needs of First Ward businesses and residents.

ReplyDeleteBTW, the more I see these water main breaks, the more I start thinking when is the CC going to pass Zimmer's long overdue deal w/ Suez or bite the bullet and push through a fat tax hike out of spite? Suez isn't going to keep fixing these breaks and not pass the bill along......
