Hoboken Dem Committee has filled ALL 80 Vacant seats

GA met Amy, she's a very nice person. Vote for Stack.
Hear ye, hear ye....

Last Thursday night, the Hoboken Democratic Committee accomplished its mission: to fill all vacant seats.

It had been widely reported (here, too) that Dawn Zimmer and Stan Grossbard had resigned from their Ward 4-District 5 committee seats.

WRONG!

GA has confirmed that Zimmer and Grossbard have not resigned their committee seats. Nope. I heard this from Grossbard himself who returned my text, even while roasting a chipmunk over a campfire deep in the woods. (The pair have lived on chipmunks since Dawn discovered that she can't catch fish with a bicycle.)

Grossbard told GA: "We never resigned."

Oh, okay.  In that case, on June 12th, they'll hoof it from deep in the Hills of Wherever to Kearny High School-- a place few people alive today have ever heard of.

For the full HDC meeting update, here's their press release... (Is it true that the Alt-Right blog has been cut off from receiving official media releases? )

HOBOKEN DEMOCRATIC COMMITTEE FILLS A VACANCY ON EXECUTIVE BOARD

On Thursday night, the Hoboken Democratic Committee voted Seth Abrams to be the new Sergeant-at-Arms for the Committee.

“I am happy to see Seth Abrams step up and a take a leadership role that will round out our Executive Committee,” said Phil Cohen. “It is always exciting to see new leadership come out of the 1st Ward and I know the entire Executive Committee is looking forward to working with Seth.”

The committee also voted to fill two vacancies on the committee. Kristina Nash was voted in to become the new Democratic Committee Woman for Ward 3, District 5 and Christine Ayubi was voted in to become the new Democratic Committee Woman in Ward 1, District 3.

These were the only two vacancies on the Hoboken Democratic Committee. The committee’s 80 seats are now full.
