Hoboken High School had its first active shooter drill today; GA saw it announced on FIOS News this morning.
All traffic was diverted on Clinton between 7th and 9th Streets.
Unlike your routine emergency drill, this one was complete with bloodied kids and bandaged school staff-- paint, not the real thing. The kids were smiling and joking around in spite of their "injuries."
As horrifying as necessary that this- preparing for a school massacre- is our American life.
GA was told that emergency services knew a drill was being planned, but were not told when.
