Ear PEEwitness News: PEEwitness DeFusco identifies wrong man!

READER WARNING: If you are too high-falutin' to enjoy a story about an Innocent Man framed for "public urination" by a PEEwitness (Mike DeFusco)-- he dragged the poor soul into Hoboken Municipal Court yesterday-- then MOVE ON.

Likewise, move on if pee-puns piss you off.

Just this morning, an Earwitness shared this remarkable news. Is it credible? GA's Q-Tipster advised that video evidence, plus municipal court audio will back up his/ her story.

Don't worry pee-ple, urine good hands.

MIKE DEFUSCO "WITNESSED" MAN PEEING ON HOBOKEN STREET
That is why he is not a run-of-the-mill witness, Mike DeFusco is a PEEwitness.

Here's what I heard (will verify with court docs.)

One night last February- it was very late- Councilman Mike DeFusco was out walking with his partner, when he allegedly witnessed an adult man peeing in the street.  Well, instead of minding his pees and Q's, DeFusco approached the man, words were exchanged, and DeFusco allegedly followed the urinater. Somehow, more words were exchanged followed by a physical confrontation.  Presumably, DeFusco filed a complaint against the person he'd alleged had taken a public wee-wee.

Yes, public urination is against Hoboken law:
§ 145-22  Urinating in public.

[Amended 11-4-1987 by Ord. No. V-140; 10-20-1993 by Ord. No. R-7] No person shall urinate in any street, highway, thoroughfare or public place within the City of Hoboken.
So, yesterday the case was heard in Hoboken Municipal Court in front of Judge Michael A. Mongiello, C.J.M.C.. The Accused brought a Defense Attorney. The PEEwitness-for-the-prosecution, Mike DeFusco, was there with Corporation Counsel.

What happened?

Video evidence proved that Mike DeFusco had accused the WRONG MAN.  That's right- the Accused sitting in court was NOT the man caught on videotape!

It gets better.... the Innocent Man is a Union City police officer.

(Do you hear that, Mayor Stack?  Oh look, he sent a card!)

Wow, it was nice of Brian Stack to remember Mike's birthday!

So, what happened to the court case?

Based on PEEwitness DeFusco's FALSE IDENTIFICATION of the INNOCENT Union City police officer, Judge Mongiello DISMISSED the public urination charges!

Thank goodness. No justice, no pee.

How did DeFusco react?

GA heard that he showed no contrition for (1) dragging the Innocent Union City Police officer to court, wasting Union City taxpayer money (2) for wasting Hoboken resources on a frivolous public urination complaint.

Allegedly he blamed Corporation Counsel.

A cynic might say that DeFusco knew the guy worked for Union City, and fingered him to annoy Stack.  I don't.  That would be PEE-jury.

DeFusco wouldn't PEE-jure himself in court.  Unfortunately, the real pee-petrator is still out there, free to pee on Hoboken again.

Until more is known, Mike's partner or any other witness to the pee-ceedings is welcome to check in to flush flesh out the details.

Stay tuned, pee-ple.

  2. smh. and to think i supported this nincompoop for council, guess anything was better than terry.

also...EVERYTHING that goes wrong is ALWAYS someone else's fault. has this nincompoop ever taken responsibility for anything? so immature.

  3. So it is corporation counsel's fault that Mike identified the wrong person and wasted everyone's time? What a complete jackass.

  4. Another misfire from Worst Ward Councilman De Fiasco. He out-twirped himself on this one, and probably just went off on the guy 'cause he's not wrapped too tight, but then realized he could parlay the arrest into a spectacle he could capitalize on, politically.

And not so ironically, urinators are rampant during all the Con events he supported, because the downtown "fake ID bars" were his financial supporters.

Still, it's better to be pissed-off than pissed-on, unless you're Trump, in which case you pay for the experience.

  5. 1. I'm curious of how this "leaked" out of City Hall .. is Dad Ravinder using this as a way to misinform people ?

    As a witness
    2. We were just parking when we saw a young guy peeing next to Basile's pizza .. MDF got out of the car and asked him not to pee on the streets .. one of the guy's friends confronted him and put himself inches away from him to see if he would react physically .. another guy friend followed as a girl friend was telling those two guys to let it go .. in the meanwhile the P-guy goes to the pizza place and hides in the crowd .. I get out of the car and place myself inches away from the 1 guy and then he backs off ( note I'm much bigger that any of those guys ) the 1 guy starts saying he is in the city council of Union City or Bergen (can't remember ) so he tells MDF if you want to call the cops go ahead so MDF calls while his other friend (Phillipino looking guy ) tries to take MDF's phone away .. (P-guy remains eating pizza and hiding around people and friends ) .. the cops come and we point at the guy .. maybe the cops got the wrong guy as there were at least 10 guys in the pizza place and his "buddies" did a good job blocking us from getting to him .

The guy who went to court said he wasn't the P-guy which is fine .. but then when confronted .. he gave the P-guy's name and allegedly said he knew him from school ?? (Give me a break ) .. now I hear he is a Liar UNion City Cop that brings his friends to Hoboken and allows them to pee on our streets ?? .. classy .

    3. If it wasn't him and he obviously knew the guy how come he didn't say that to the cops in the first place ? This liar Union City Cop wasted everyone's taxes money .. that's it !!

    4. If we didn't stay until the whole drama was over was because I had to work early on Saturday and asked MDF to go home .. we had it clear who peed on the streets .. we gave the cops a description .. but they likely got it half right .

BTW have you tried to take the path early on a morning on a Saturday? It is a shame of a place filled with homeless from JC and is packed so you better get the earliest path if possible .

Hope this helps clarify this .

Oracle .. you start sounding like Paul S .

    2. Thank you, HobokenedOut for your pee-witness testimony about the pee-petrator! No, Ravi doesn't leak-- municipal court hearings are open to the public, so you know how pee-ple will talk especially when pissed-off.

About what time did you witness the urination incident?

Can you tell me about the video? I need to know if it's G or PeeG-rated.

I am curious: your partner peed on Hoboken's P2P law (by taking tens of thousand of dollars from Unions and PACs)... when is he going to clean that up?

    3. Even if the story held water - or urine - confronting someone committing even a minor crime shows very poor judgment, especially when the police station is a block away. The owner of Basile's, a former Hoboken guy, has two businesses on Newark, and I'm sure one mention of it to his staff would have been enough.

    4. @HO, you skipped over the most critical question of the night: did the pee guy wash his hands before eating his pizza? i'd be with you there, he should go to jail for that alone.

  6. What did Ravi pay you for during his campaign ?
And how come you had a different version of the first flyer ?
    Interesting ..
when is Ravinder appointing someone that's not someone's husband or wife from his politically connected circle of super friends ?
And what about the super PAC that helped Ravi at the end of the campaign trail .. too many questions .. NO answers
Funny how Hoboken can capture the amazon package lifter but not who made and distributed those flyers .. it seems that all that winning about how he is everything Trump Hayes led to that final icing on the cake .. from a minority to another minority .. PATHETIC
And Now we are dealing w Dawn's inefficiency regarding Union Dock .. maybe if she had paid more attention to that instead of multimillion "Ressilient parks " like that one that flooded a few days ago (WHAT AN EXPENSIVE JOKE ) we would have to be dealing with that now .. seriously.

    1. Please number your questions next time. In order:

      (1) It's on his ELEC-- $1200 for graphic design work.
      (2) I do not reveal sources. Roman Brice posted the same "different flyer version" on his site. I believe it's still on his toxic tabloid. Ask him. Why haven't you?
      (3) Gibberish. I can't even parse that word dump.
      (4) Stronger Foundations is an IE not a SuperPAC. Learn the difference. AN IE can spend unlimited cash but cannot coordinate with the candidate/campaign. Look up Citizens United v FEC. Your partner was drooling to get that endorsement. Now, your partner took Union and PAC money that is subject to P2P limits-- per my calculation, he needs to refund $93K. Take a look!
      https://grafixavenger.blogspot.com/2018/01/mike-defusco-is-hoboken-p2p-royalty.html
      (5) Last I heard, the Hudson County Prosecutor's office has (2) suspects who have lawyered up.
      (6) More gibberish. If the city council hadn't punted on eminent domain during the election, we "wouldn't have to be dealing with this now."
      (7) Tell your partner to un-ban me on his Pravda-like social media (where only his cheerleaders are allowed post) to relieve you of your defense duties! Although, I enjoy your posts, and you are welcome here.
