Inaugural countdown (and reminder to be EARLY)

Congratulations, people!

Yoo hoo... The organizers of Monday's inaugural ceremony for Mayor-elect Ravi Bhalla, and Councilpersons-elect Jim Doyle, Emily Jabbour and Vanessa Falco, are asking you to arrive early.

That means no later than 1:30 PM, but doors will open to the public at 12:45 PM.

Why so early? Because the program is "very full" and it will take time to go through security then find your seats.  It will be a very full house, including media.

And there will be some very special guests!

They include: U.S Senator Cory Booker, U.S. Senator Bob Menendez, incoming N.J. Attorney General  Gurbir Grewal, N.J. State Senator Brian Stack, Former NJ Senator Bernie Kenny,  Assemblywoman Annette Chapparo. former Hoboken Mayor Dave Roberts, former Hoboken Mayor Anthony Russo, former Hoboken Mayor Patrick Pasculli.

And more!  In fact, elected officials across Hudson County will be in attendance, but GA does not have the list so will defer from naming names.

Why?

Because some politicians have huge, bloated egos, and G-d forbid someone's name gets left off the list! That's right, piss off a gasbag, and he/she can turn vindictive. Even mean! Recall what the Trenton Fatso did when the Fort Lee Mayor wouldn't endorse him- he closed the frickin' G.W. Bridge! Then threw his minions under the bus and fatso went to the beach.

But, I digress...

One more thing:

Do not forget to PRINT OUT YOUR TICKETS, and bring them with you!

See you there... early.
