  3. It is truly amazing for a small town.

There's Cammmarano. Done time in federal prison. Campos will follow in his footsteps. Russo narrowly avoided the same fate. Castellano publicly alibied for another eventual "guest of the state." Beth got caught by ELEC already. But if someone at the IRS ever takes an interest in her postcard tax filings, things could get very interesting.

We didn't have normal political disagreements with these people. It was really pro-crime vs anti-crime. A reality TV producer really missed an incredible opportunity.

    1. It wasn't a missed opportunity, a couple of producers even had Mama June set up to play Nancy. It turns out that people with money weren't interested in watching a bunch of failed grown ups on the internet act out their junior high antics.
It seems like nobody cares about Nancy's obsessions, except you and 6 others, of course.

    3. your boss sure went to a lot of trouble and expense to shut up 6 people. how much did it cost so far? her fees plus the defendants? a mill? you shoulda told her there were only 6 people. she coulda saved all that loot and bought another coupla dive bars.

    4. Anon 12:46 is correct. It wasn't a missed opportunity but an unfortunate circumstance. The only actor who could play that low-rent Weehawken douchebag (looked like his identical twin) died in the 80's. Divine. You know, the obese drag queen. Btw, ever see that Weehawken douche's wife? The Beijing Zoo is missing its panda.

  4. A lot of people care. People may not know, but when they learn, they care. With the recent elections and ousting of Castellano, Mason and Biancammano, as well as the appointment of an Anti Crime representative over Raia on the NHSA, the Anti Crime (previously know as Reform) movement is gaining traction. The only reason Ramos won because Russo paid $12k/$50 per vote to his 4th ward resident "committee workers" who live in the housing authority.

  5. Too bad there isn't some decent hard working journalist that could do a massive story on Hoboken. Something chronicling how hard it has been to clean this town up and the endemic corruption reformers have had to deal with. Might make for a great 2 HR TV show.
