"We must think like wartime Consigliere"

A portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte in his study, painted in 1812 by Jacques-Louis David

"Napoleon complex" is a term named after Emperor Napoleon I of France. The conventional wisdom is that Napoleon compensated for his lack of height by seeking power, war, and conquest. Though he was long reported to have stood at only 5 feet 2 inches (1.57 m), historians have now suggested Napoleon was actually 5 feet 6 inches (1.68 m) tall, taller than the average Frenchman of his time. Napoleon was often seen with his Imperial Guard, which contributed to the perception of his being short because the Imperial Guards were of above average height.

In recent years, the term ‘Napoleon complex’ has been used as an analogy to denote those persons who have little or no standing or importance within a social or business group but who falsely exhibit advanced levels of authority in spite of this lack of real authority, for example a security guard on the gate of a company making decisions above those within their remit simply because of the implied importance of their role.

  1. i'd love to see his emails to beth and ricky now, after the court ruling that "he" is having 25% of his wages garnished for years to come. Wonder if little napoleon is getting any "debt relief" in that department...

  2. That last paragraph in the Wikipedia definition is an EXACTLY perfect description of a certain male member of a "Hoboken Couple". Perfect. To a T.

  3. Kimbo "is beside herself" and wants to file charges against Michael Lenz.
For what? The guy said he believed Lane was the ghostwriter for Hoboken411 and he was using screen names there and mentioned one. These assholes think their playing dirty politics is a one way street and no one gets to call them out on it.

Maybe Lenz didn't get it 100% right but Lane Bajardi was caught BECAUSE of his frivolous lawsuit using many screen names on Hoboken411 (and elsewhere) astroturfing support of his ghostwritten screeds on Mason's favorite "newsite."

Hear the little douchebag with Finboy has driven the Mason Titantic right into an iceberg. It's sinking and they don't know how to stop taking on water. Guess who is once again pointing fingers at her lawyers past and present?

Perjury committing bitch. Lane is in bigger trouble too. This is gonna be great.

    1. Mr. Bajardi only admitted to screen names Red Haven (H411), 4th Ward Guardian (H411), Mark on Park (H411), Wakeup07030 (nj.com) and Mark Lower(nj.com).

Kim Cardinal Bajardi only admitted to Night Watchman(H411).

These H411 screen names were only admitted to AFTER we they were revealed in the email discovery. If we didnt have evidence, they would not admit to any other screen names. Lane Bajardi volunteered Wakeuo07030 and Mark Lower screen names at his deposition. Those names were later linked to "blooddiamonds" posts attacking the mayor and her husband.

  7. Was at a council meeting years back. Lane was at the microphone doing his usual ugly worst. He finished and a woman to my right I had never met, looked at me and said two words: Napolean Complex.

She was right and I never got a chance to tell her how right she was.
    That's one Mason looney leprechaun.

    1. Let's make it perfectly clear: by no means does 'Napoleon complex' apply to all people of short stature, like 'Stockholm Syndrome' does not apply to all residents of Stockholm.

      If the shoe fits...

    2. Oh she was perfectly clear. Lane = Napolean Complex.
She could have said douchebag but that goes without saying.

    3. "Napoleon complex" is a term describing a theoretical condition occurring in people of short stature. It is characterized by overly-aggressive or domineering social behavior, and carries the implication that such behaviour is compensatory for the subject's stature.

  8. Amazing how delusional Lane and Kim were (and probably still are). Clearly they watch too much TV, everything has so much DRAMA and exaggerated seriousness. This whole shitshow is over one person's council seat in ONE ward of a ONE square mile town, and they think they're Doug Stempler supporting Frank and Claire Underwood on "House of Cards". What a joke.

For as despicable as Barracato is, at least he sticks to one-sentence remarks in most of these SLAPP emails, he clearly can't be bothered with all the hysteria. Even he must laugh at the Toxic Twins behind their backs (after encouraging them to move forward on the SLAPP, of course).

  9. All of these histrionics over a barely bothering to mail-it-in unskilled political hack who had to buy her seat in a small ward in a small town. And no one to tell them how insane it all was. Not that they would have listened.

  11. These douches are one in a million. The odds are ASTRONOMICAL that two douches would find a rich, crazy douche and her douche bag wallet of a husband and her Igor-douche minion to plot, plan and pay for douche litigation which blew up in their faces. BOOM!

  12. Hey Lane, thanks for the heads up on the Hoboken411 story.
Oh and how you loved to tell stories.
And suppress the voter fraud, your specialty.
Not that you would back Beth Mason's endorsed/paid for corruption and the Russo Crime Syndicate.

Oh never you, lil napolean complex.
