Much ado (and a CLUE) about Professor Pinetop

Well folks, it looks like Bajardi v Pincus email exhibits have surrendered yet another 'group secret'- the identity of a notorious and prolific Hoboken411 screen name.

In fact, this screen name made a cameo appearance during the cross-examination of SLAPPer Plaintiff Lane Bajardi at his trial on February 3, 2015:

Bajardi v Pincus emails show that Plaintiffs take umbrage to the extreme that they are mis-identified as screen names, like "Professor Pinetop."  In fact,  they call such misidentification "slander" and purveyors of the misidentification a "lynch mob."

Uh-oh!

Posting as Red Haven from "all of the MANY work computers I have access to..."

Would his bosses approve?

I guess they wouldn't!

WHO would "drop a dime on [him] to [his] bosses" that he "posts as Red Haven from all of the MANY work computers [he] has access to?"

Not Professor Pinetop!

Oh, boy.  Dial 1-800-DRA-MAQU(EENS).

"They're trying to kill Red Haven!  Lynch mob! Has anyone in the history of 411 felt this kind of wrath!"

So, with the over-the-top histrionics over misidentification as "Professor Pinetop" is it any surprise that they might know who it is?     Here's the CLUE:

 "John" is professor pinetop?

Holy cow, you dropped a lot of bombshells there GA! Happy New Year to you too.

So Lane was lying to Beth Mason when he played that little game telling her Kim WAS NOT REDHAVEN and he was not professor pinetop.

The pathological lying cuts itself so very fine. So very fine indeed! Hey Ricky, go ahead and cut them another check!

Katie Scarlett got it right about Red Haven and who it was or someone close. WoW!
    Direct hit!

Maureen's husband was a real piece of work. Yikes!

  2. Katie Scarlett knew from another Bloomberg employee that Lane admitted to his wife being Redhaven on Hobokenchat. That other Bloomberg employee thought they might be sharing the name between them on hobokenchat as he (the other bloomberg employee) was an admin on hobokenchat. Katie Scarlett knew what she was talking about because she had friends in the right places.

Oh that's interesting that Lane and Kim were partners in crime online. That makes sense they were operating as an online screen comment team on various boards. Heard they did similarly on Hate411. These are some very devious liars. They must spend a lot of time doing it.

Had thought that Katie Scarlett was brilliant at deduction.
      Never mind.

    2. Sadly no, picking out the people behind the SN is not her forte. Katie Scarlett had inside info.

The public hysteria over the wife being called professor pinetop was a facade if they knew professor pinetop was "John." Why didn't they simply ask "John" to clear it up?

    ReplyDelete
  4. In the court transcript Bajardi says calling his wife professor pinetop is a "vicious attack." Why? Is John a fiend or a despot or are the Bajardis lunatics?

    1. It's amazing. I have to think that they assumed GA would neither have the interest or resources to go through 50,000 plus emails in a document dump.

      Boy were they wrong

  9. All this means is that Sara S thought that this guy John was Pinetop. She might have actually known but she and Kim also spent a lot of time guessing about people's screen names and got an awful lot of them wrong.

My gut says GA is right but I wouldn't take anything that wacko bird says to the bank.

Pervy gave his little angry ghostwriter everything and anything to keep him writing political content making Beth Mason happy. Who knows how many paperbags passed between her and her favorite "news" site.

They were in some discussion about about teaming up as full time business. Lane didn't want to sell ads and Fluffer wanted some get physical love. Only half the equation was satiated.

    3. Nah. By 2009 Perry K was sharing registrant IDS and emails with his ghostwriter- thats what the emails on GA and MSV have shown.

  11. It is interesting to see that this small group of psychotic misfits who gathered around Beth. Mason not only lied to and about each other but had real a palpable loathing for her and each other.

  12. Furthermore...how on earth does Perry Klaussen show his face again in public, never mind have the nerve to pitch a local business on advertising on his site. These emails show him time and time again being exposed as a lapdog who doesn't "write his own stuff".

I haven't seen him around town in ages. I think I know why.

  13. It's good to have confirmation that they were responsible for missing posts. I looked through the thread this was from and it reminded me of how dreadful that place was.

I am so grateful to have you and MSV. Those were the bad old days.

  14. Through their own words, the release of these emails will be like a "death by a thousand cuts" to the political, social and community lives of the writers. After being shunned, it is likely most will slink away. It can't happen soon enough.

Thank you for all you do and have done.

  15. Were Lane, Kim or Sara active in the most recent (Nov 2015) election at all? Just curious if they've already been shunned by local pols.

    2. i know beth/ricky did financially, but wondering about lane/kim/sara in particular. did they actively participate, develop strategy, write articles/speeches, etc., like they did years ago? their names never came up related to the 2015 election, so wondering if they've given up.

    3. Except for unibrow they always worked behind the scenes so maybe they just did that again. If not for the SLAPP email release I couldn't tell you who Sara was or if that person lived in America.

But the plaintiffs had the brilliant idea to pursue this frivolous suit and release all of those emails. How dumb was that?

    4. Anon 11:28-

This slapp was SO dumb, Lane and Kim have added a new idiom to NJ's lexicon: to pull a Bajardi.

For example, someone sticks dynamite in their ass and lights the fuse. You say, so-and-so pulled a Bajardi.

Another example: a couple douses themseves with gasoline before they light cigarettes, you could say over the smoking ash heaps that used to be them, shaking your head from side to side, wow that couple sure pulled a Bajardi.

I can provide more examples if those aren't clear.

  17. Uh, I write these under screen names but Kim isn't Redhaven. Beth wasn't lied to, she didn't need to know. This is beneath Ricky's pay grade to her. I'm writing political comments from my job at Bloomberg but on various computers I have accesss to and deleting internet histories and clearing my tracks but...

"I am not a political operative."
"Everyone naturally does these things for Beth Mason. I am deeply in love with Beth and swore allegiance. We all love her. Everyone."

    1. Correction: Bajardi was not posting as Red Haven from "various" computers at work, he was posting from "ALL of the MANY computers [he] had access to" at WORK.

    2. Who does that? I mean really?? I don't understand. If I'm at work I post from the computer at my desk. I have access to 3 others, but I would never think to login and post from them. I also don't clear my internet history ever. I just think that people who have nothing to hide never even consider these measures.

    3. He was sure tempting fate, he could have been fired at any time for such conduct at work.

I hear he refused to call his boss Ben Mevorach as a trial witness to back up his so-called work related claims. We can see why.

      Delete
    4. The Bajardis filed an Appeal right? If the Appeals court overturns the trial court's dismissal, then you all get another crack at witnesses like Ben Mevorach AND Lane's bosses at Bloomberg. I wonder what his Bloomberg bosses would say when they hear that email read in court. I am sure you have more where that came from. I doubt Mevorach ever read a blog post or cares what anonymous people say. He can tell that to a judge. If Lane's bosses won't answer a subpoena, the court can force them in. The Bajardis have REALLY doubled down on stupid this time.
