Breaking: Confirmed Voter Fraud at 400 First Street

County investigation of VBM irregularities begun at 400 First Street

According to a source who got this from Hudson County Board of Elections, voter fraud has been confirmed at 400 First Street (Marian Towers).

As of last night, 9 VBMs returned from 400 First Street were tossed for chain-of-custody irregularities, found by investigators who had scoured that building. GA's source said as word of the investigation spread around the building, VBM voters on "upper floors" would not open their doors.

It appears the Superintendent of Elections, Michael Harper, is enforcing the August 10, 2015 amendment to Title 19 concerning the use of "messengers" and "bearers" for transporting vote by mail ballots. The new law reads (in part): "No person shall serve as an authorized messenger for more than three (3) qualified voters in an election; thus reducing the previous limit of ten (10) qualified voters. Additionally, no person shall serve as a bearer for more than three (3) qualified voters."

That is a huge change from the 'old ways', and appears to have flustered the vote farmers.

According to GA's source, chain of custody irregularities are widespread in the Fourth Ward.  VBMs were mailed without a bearer, and unless the chain of custody can be confirmed by investigators for each one, the probability that they will get tossed is real.

GA hears from the source that "old people had their ballots man-handled" and they were mailed "without bearer designation."

It appears the Board of Elections is seeing clear circumvention of its new law, which based on history, there is NO OTHER EXPLANATION than ballot harvesting.  If this does not justify investigation and legal action by NJ's Attorney General, what does?

As of last night, here are some confirmed VBM totals in the Fouth Ward:
4-3:  123 vbms sent- 93 returned,
4-4:  109 vbms sents, 72 returned
4-6   100 vbms sent, 83 returned (9 tossed so far)
4-7   51 vbms sent, 38 returned
415 TOTAL vbms have been returned in the entire 4th Ward.
GA will keep you posted on updates that come in.

GA note: 4th Ward candidate Tim Occhipinti just contacted GA about this story. Occhipinti strongly denied he is the candidate who harvested VBMs from the mainly senior population.  Occhipinti attributes the operation at 400 First Street to candidate Ruben Ramos.

    1. Just because Ruben Ramos is on the same ticket as all of Hoboken's low life dirtbags that everybody thinks has done this kind of crooked stuff at every election for decades, it must be him.
I have to give him the benefit of the doubt, he could have been in the men's room with Carmelo Garcia when it happened. LOL

  2. 400 First Street is a senior citizen building, operated by the HHA, which makes it part of the inventory of the federal government. When a crime is committed on federal property, it is more serious in nature and carries heftier consequences.

All that aside, these scumbag low-lifes are so reprehensible that they think it's reasonable to bribe, coerce and exploit senior citizens, minorities and the impoverished.

To clarify, "sent" means the VBM was requested and sent to the voter. "Returned" means the voter filled it out and sent it back to the county board of elections. 9 disqualified is good, but it's gonna take a lot more than that to foil their illegal vote-harvesting technique.

The 9 are only the beginning.

    2. the board better check fox hill, i'm sure there's lots of shady dealings in trying to trick seniors there as well.

and it's not enough just to throw the ballot out, people need to be held accountable. doubt anyone would ever get prison time, but BIG fines to the runners and the campaigns they work for certainly seems justified, and maybe barring them from ever being able to do it in future elections.

    4. 400 First Street is NOT part of the HHA in any way shape or form.
It is called Marion Towers and is owned by a private equity.

  3. Does anyone believe that they are going to be able to get those 415 (and counting) voters to the polls on Tuesday to replace their discarded VBMs? And that those 415 voters, once inside the booth, will vote the same way? Not that anyone should let up on GOTV, but the actions of the Election Board makes the contest in the 4th a real horse race. Vote Wefer! And tell anyone you know in the 4th to do the same.

  4. What is the going rate for one of the hundreds of "street workers" the usual suspects hire this election cycle?

  5. Is the issue that the bearer was left blank or that one bearer's name was filled in on more than 3 returned VBMs? Anyone know?

  6. Attention Seniors lock, your doors cover your window cause you know Dr. Evil isn't going take the wrap, he will throw you under the next senior shuttle bus that drives down first street.

  7. Lets not forget that Peter Cunningham had bought 10-15 Fox Hill seniors the last time around....truth hurts....don't believe it? Check out his elect report that shows he paid $75-$100 per grandma to vote for him and collect ballots!!!!!

You're an idiot and a liar. Yes, Peter had some people do campaign work - actual campaign work... wait for it.....

      campaigning!

Check out the Hudson County Board of Election VBM report for Fox Hills. There's almost 100 VBMs in that one building alone just like 400 1st Street.

      That isn't by Peter Cunningham.

That's courtesy of the Carmelo Ticket and Russo faction brought to you by Carmelo, Eduardo, Ruben, Perry and the whole crew of dirtbags.

      Wot a shock!

  10. The trolls are working overtime.

"Never engage in a battle of wits with an unarmed man"

Not that any of the allusions posted by the trolls are true, but all of the worst lapses in judgment of the combined reform candidates would not equal the corrupt dealings one old guard candidate accomplishes before breakfast. They exploit minorities and call everyone else racist; they intimidate and scare their old neighbors for their votes and sing the praises of "old Hoboken" and; they buy VBM's and challenge the ethics of their opponents.

They cannot win an election honestly and ethically based on their records. They simply don't know how.

    1. The seniors at Marion Towers, and all the other senior buildings should be afraid of being complicit in breaking laws. The hollow threats of the old guard candidates who shake them down for their votes by telling them they'll lose their apartments or jobs should be exposed. They have some believing that even in the booth, there is a way the nefarious candidates can see how they voted. They have no shame, no conscience, no ethics, no morals and very bad taste in clothing.

  12. It's just lucky Ruben is the one doing the cheating.

Otherwise total hypocrite Dave Liebler would complain.

But it's ok if Ruben does it.
