The whack-job is continuing to comment on how people who reside like a block away from her live in a designated wetland that should have some sort of wilderness environmental protection and be uninhabited. She would have been an entertaining half-wit in an official capacity. But we're better off with people who aren't out of their freaking minds. Way to go Phil and non-batshit Melissa.
This is nice, but really, Reform wins 1 small committee district in a city where our size where 30 or so of Old Guard won in the remaining? This is hardly a victory, rather a sad state when a "popular" Mayor can't mount a slate to take on her opposition of idiots, morons, crazies and cooks.... Sheesh hate to see what happens in November....
Oh stuff it already. The mayor doesn't run as a democrat. The committee is a lot of inside baseball and always was. A lot of *gasp* republicans will vote for Zimmer and her ticket. Reform has always counted on its appeal to a broad spectrum of voters, not merely party loyalists. The other key ingredient is the disorganization of reform's opponents. Trying to make this snooze-fest into some kind of referendum on November shows you to be pretty desperate.
Congrats to Abernathy and Cohen.....hard to believe their are 18 people in Hoboken stupid enough to vote for Melissa Blanco/White/assliem/animallover.
ReplyDeleteGreat news!
ReplyDeleteOMG, awesome!! And so cool to see that voting DOES matter! Congrats, Melissa A. and Phil!!!!

ReplyDeleteThis seems incomplete. I can't imagine there were no votes for a personal choice.
ReplyDeleteSo when do the Elec reports come out showing that the Countess spent 10,000 per committee vote for her pet ass i lemming

DeleteYesterday's election has absolutely nothing to do with what will happen in November.
DeleteThe funny part about yesterday was watching a loud mouth lunatic lose something other than what is left of her mind
Kudos to Melissa Abernathy and Phil Cohen on their win yesterday,
