"The public can find out later"

These are true and correct excerpts from Plaintiff Kim Cardinal Bajrdi's sworn certification filed on July 3, 2014.

The certification was filed as an exhibit in support of  Plaintiffs' opposition to my Motion to Compel Plaintiffs To Produce Discovery Ordered on April 25, 2014 or Dismiss or Strike Complaint.

Plaintiffs' EXHIBIT F- Kim Bajardi Certification

At 4:25 PM on Wednesday, August 6, 2008, Sara Stojkovic was emailed "Recap for 411" of the Tuesday Hoboken Planning Board meeting.

At 4:36 PM Stokovic forwards the "recap" to Lane Bajardi and Kim Cardinal Bajardi.

At 4:56 PM Kim Cardinal replies to Lane Bajardi and Sara Stojkovic:

At 5:18 PM on August 6, 2008, Sara Stojkovic writes to Lane Bajardi and Kim Cardinal Bajardi about attorney "Michael Kates."   The exchange continues between Cardinal and Stojkovic.

At 6:06 PM Kim Cardinal writes "the first order of business is to get to Nino and Russo... We need to protect the effort at the council level first. The public can find out later."

One more time?

Kim Cardinal Bajardi:  "We need to protect the effort at the council level first... the public can find out later.

At 1:34 PM on Monday August 4, 2008 Beth Mason sends Lane Bajardi, Kim Cardinal, and Sara Stojokovic the text to a mailer for distribution in Dawn Zimmer's 4th Ward.

Note, there is no municipal election in 2008; this mailer is not in service of any particular Mason campaign.

At 3:16 PM Kim Cardinal replies to Beth Mason, Lane Bajaradi and Sara Stojkovic: "I love it.... We'll talk more about Dawn's emails later.

  1. What ever happened to Cafe Cardinal? My guess is, like everything else in TeamMasonland, it was yet another delusional pipe dream.

Most people didn't like Lane or Beth before but they didn't know much about Kim and Sara. Kim and Sara have caught up. No one can stand them now either. Nice job JayZeke. You united Hoboken.

  5. I sooooooo wish GA's anonymous OG insider (can't remember the name she gave him) would resurface and share some insights into what the various playas are saying about all these email revelations.

    1. Hearing some about the OG reaction to all these emails. There's plenty of laughter at Beth Mason and how she caused this. No one thinks long time unemployed political operatives were underwriting 2.5 years plus of open-ended litigation.

Word on the street says the fish in Weehawken wants others to think he's taking all the truth coming out about him and his client pretty well. Others say they are devastated and beyond upset the truth is coming out day after day after day.

The street says Lane and FinBoy never told anyone they were turning over tens of thousands of emails about everyone. Now they must all be beyond paranoid and with good reason.

    2. I don't understand how Lane & Kim didn't think to warn people this was happening & let those people talk them out of this?

If I were either of them, I'd be looking over my shoulder worried about all of the people who are discussed in these emails.

    3. Lane and Kim lost when they let their SLAPP get to discovery. Even if they got a judgment of $1 or one penny, their 50,000 emails would still be public domain. Is that a win? I hear Lane was running the case, but that won't stop him from blaming everyone but himself. Evil little man.

  6. So glad their shadow government machinations are out in the open. Thank you for the access, Lane and Kim.

  7. Got any good juicy emails chains where they discuss HoLa, the BOE, emailgate, street money or any of the other fun topics?

  8. How long do you think it would have taken the Hudson Reporter or Augie Torres at the JJ to cover this stuff if it was from a reform politician -- let's say, oh, Mayor Zimmer or Councilman Bhalla -- instead of Team Mason? Al Sullivan wrote on the mayor "stepping down" in about a half-dozen columns and it was total bullshit, can you imagine if he had a treasure trove of their scheming, dirty emails? Do you think Caren Lissner would have hesitated for a minute to plaster them across the front page like they did with Councilman Bhalla's traffic ticket?

    1. The Hudson Reporter has a policy: if anyone associated with reform gets a traffic ticket, they stop everything and that becomes an immediate online story.

Caren Matzner would jump at the opportunity again but no one in reform should take it personally as it's just business, real estate business. Caren has a job to do for the Barry's founded "news" business.

  9. It's interesting how completely pro-old guard they were by August of 2008. It's urgent that they get on the same page with Russo and Giacci. But not Cunningham or Zimmer. They'd rather lose with the OGs than win with reform. Mission accomplished, Condo Cows!

    1. I lost count. These people need to be punished by the court.

    2. Think the defense lawyers lost count on day one. What's the criminal penalties for all the reckless perjury?
