Another Lawsuit Threatened in 2009

Donna A. sure dodged a bullet in 2009!  12 other people were not so lucky in 2012.

What does this tell you?

Somebody had lawsuits on the brain.

And what do you know?  That same person was indulging in the very behavior that he was threatening others with litigation for- see above.  "They are both heavily compromised"- what does that mean?  Oh, and said threat-lobber makes sure to use first and surnames of his subjects.

Why?

    1. I M a little confused didn't Lane Bajardi say in court that he posted under wakeup07030 as one of his screen names ? So if that is true what he is saying in these posts he is not his wife Kimberly Cardinal-Bajardi.

Do we know if Kimberly Cardinal-Bajardi had a screen name and what it was ?

  2. How else was Lane getting everyone's real name behind the screen name if not from Hoboken411? At what point do we get our pound of flesh from him?

    1. Oh, there is plentiful evidence that was going on. In the discovery email dump(s). Stunning, all of it.

    2. Keep the exposes coming if you are willing of all these emails!!! As long as it does not interfere with the counter lawsuit to recover attorney's fees and a large dollar amount for damages suffered.

I think the evidence that this was all about silencing your right to free speech is pretty obvious

    3. Good. I'm glad there's incontrovertible evidence h411 gave up the names. But it's also just sickening. What a piece of garbage both these dirtbags are.

  3. Good lord, judging by those NJ.com comments, Team Mason/OG certainly gave as much as they received back in then, if not more.

Separately, was just thinking how ironic it is that so much of the vitriol went down on a place that is now totally irrelevant and left for dead: Hoboken Patch. Used to be a hotbed, haven't seen any political stories or comments there is ages.

    1. I would think that Hoboken Patch, NJ.com and even Hoboken411 no longer active are basically irrelevant and abandoned of comments is largely because they could no longer be used as a vehicles to launch anti-reform attacks without the risk of devastating return fire. The ant-reform block then had to make sure they could not be used against them.

The two Hoboken blogs left that focused on politics needed to be neutralized and actions were taken to do just that.
