Twitter Tricks- UPDATED

 (Update: 6:00 PM)
Well folks, what a day here on GA.

It seems I broke up my hanging party by exposing that One Hoboken's Communications Director Amanda Palasciano's "retraction request" was tweeted (to me) 4 hours after she had blocked me from viewing her Tweets. That was on September 30, 2013.

Then today's Twitter squawking about "cyber bullies" and vow  to "stand up for what you believe in" made it clear I was being set up for another defamation claim.   It isn't rocket science.  How can GA respond to a retraction request that its author has blocked me from seeing?

Answer: I can't.

After posting today, I mixed it up with Ms. Palasciano again on Twitter.  I wanted to know why she tweeted her retraction request AFTER she'd blocked me from seeing her tweets.  Note AP's "cyber bullies" entry was before GA's post exposing the defamation 'set-up'.    Here are our exchanges.

That's it.

(Original post)
GA doesn't know what to make of this.

I made a 'discovery' this morning, so have posted the full Twitter exchange with One Hoboken's Communications Director below.  Have a look at it later.

As you know, GA got in a Twitter dust-up with 'AP' over her allegations she had been slandered online.  AP began the thread at 5:06 PM (see below).  GA hopped in at 5:28 PM.

We went back and forth for awhile. I sent a Tweet at 6:02 PM.   When I went back around 6:30PM to see her reply, none of her Tweets would display.

On or about 6:30 PM Palasciano had blocked her Twitter feed It stayed shut for at least the next 2 days  (I checked).

Well, GA checked Twitter this morning and was surprised to see AP had re-opened her Twitter feed to the general public.  Now I could see her Tweets and not only mine.

What did I discover?

Lo and behold, AP had "continued" our conversation AFTER she had blocked me.  She replied nearly 4 hours later; a reply I couldn't possibly read because I had been blocked.

It gets more interesting.

At 6:02 PM, I asked her to "request a retraction".

At 10:18 PM, she answers "I will request a retraction..." knowing she has BLOCKED me from reading it.

It is all below take a look.

Now, GA has and does comply with retraction requests, and it is reasonable for Ms. Palasciano to  make one if in fact the information I have received is incorrect.

But why make such a request on a blocked account?  The request was hidden by the requester (AP) to the person it was intended for (GA).   (And after noticing I'd been blocked, I invited her to post her retraction request on my blog)   It is just plain weird.

Well, I read it today.

As of today October 8th, 2013 GA acknowledges receipt of Ms. Palasciano's September 30, 2013 retraction request, and her retraction has been granted.  Please see  Former HR Reporter Works for Occhipinti -Update.

Ms. Palasciano, please direct future correspondence to grafixavenger666@gmail.com.

Curious timing: AP blocks GA THEN requests a retraction

  1. Call her ethics into question? Gheesh. That ship sailed a while ago.

    1. Screw you Khoboken, who are you to judge me? Timmy and Beth met and told me to shut down the twitter account and then issue the retraction tweet. Told me it was foolproof and then we launch another lawsuit.

My asking price to agree to participate is 10K but Timmy will ask for more.

    2. Look down here we heard AP's prayers loud and clear. Her actions are being applauded by our team. Great job turning accountability into victimization.

      That's our girl (and Timmy's).

  2. There are three people in an election for Mayor. You are communications director for one of them. if you can't pick each of the other two out in a lineup, that shows you aren't doing your job very well.

  5. The more stuff I see from Amanda the more I believe that she is a perfect match as Tim's spokesperson.

That said she does more harm than good to the Mason-Raia ticket.

    1. Well after this obvious attempted legal set up to score money, it's obvious Amanda and Timmy have a lot in common, especially the lack of ethics.

They both have the same underwriter pulling their string in Beth Mason too.
Such eager little beavers to sell this town out.

    2. I believe the term you are looking for is whore. Everyone on that ticket and working for that ticket except the 2 people footing the bills are political whores. Let's stop pretending this isn't the political equivalent of hanging out on a street corner in a thong flashing their wares for $5 a trick b/c that is exactly what they are all doing.

  6. Since Amanda worked the HR Hoboken beat for at least a year or so it certainly ought to be more than a little embarrassing for her to admit she had never met and couldn't recognize or 10 year ex-City Councilman and current 6 year assemblyman.

Surely she covered numerous events that Mr. Ramos attended, published his press releases and called him to comment on stories. I have no idea whether or not she worked for Ramos but what comes to mind is the phrase:

"Methinks the twit doth protest too much."

She was at the Hudson Reporter for less than a year but to deny she could identify Ruben Ramos is rather farfetched.

She's an obvious liar, just like Timmy. I think Satan has found a match!

  7. Wonder if AP would be involved with Timmy if he wan't running for mayor? Actually, I'm still trying to understand in general how women find Timmy attractive. To each his own, i guess.

  8. Don't trust the a word she says. She said she has never worked for Ruben Ramos. She didn't say anything about his campaign.

    Ooops!

  9. Spongetta was at the HR long enough to get "schooled" by that other femme bot that bangs politicos that has also left the paper. They make quite the pair when out on the town together. And AP, if you are worried about what your Mom reads on line, then don't do crap that gets you noticed and called out for, like write that stupid Manning letter, and moving into TO's place while he still owns it with his ex and the sheets are still warm and asking for outrageous money as TO's "communications director". BTW, I am sure that your Mom is so proud of you just "sleeping on your good friend Tim's couch". Gheesh, do you really think everyone in Hoboken is as effing dumb as your fuck buddy? Not even your Mom is that dumb, I bet. Perhaps the most idiotic thing that you have said is that you couldn't pick out Ramos, when you were a reporter for the HR for a year. Jesus are you so delusional that you think anyone will buy that or are you just stupid and clueless?

    1. Well the woman is doing a good job of killing off her career as a paid political operative by being overly stupid, clumsy and getting so obviously caught red handed. Let her pretend she is a victim of anyone but herself b/c that thought and her new stud muffin are all she has to keep her warm at night and I wouldn't envy anyone in such a pathetic place in life.

    2. The WNY vamp tried to reinvent herself by faking cancer and cure and telling everybody she's a brand new person. I guess you can't teach a vamp new tricks.

  13. You have to wonder what the people who pay the bills think of their girl Amanda ?

I would have cut off the cash and walk if not run away from this train wreck.

The idea of not being able to pick Ruben Ramos out in a line up did make me smile.

  14. Real communications people work behind the scenes and make their clients the star, not in the spotlight themselves. This woman had no idea what she's doing and has nothing to do with what real comms people do. She's a make-believe comms person, and you'd have to be pretty dumb to place your campaign communications in her hands. Actions speak louder than words, and her actions thus far have been horrendous.

BTW, the above doesn't make me a cyberbully. I just know what I'm talking about and looking at the facts.

  15. khoboken, u know about the one whos banged the bosses of HC. Her pal got sent into hoboken to bang the retard. those 2 are pros. him and his gf broke up a long time go and he was banging some other girl. Then u know who showed up and moved in. according to plan, some poor me bullshit, i got a disease, im dying, bla bla bla. the retard fell for it and got her a big payday.

  16. the question is: why isn't Raia cutting off the funds since it is clear AP isn't doing any more than her counter part in WNY is, and getting paid great money. I guess they taught each other how do pretend to do something and get a lot of money for it -- or maybe they both earn their keep in different ways.

But just for tricks, let's just say there is a cougar floating around Hudson County that trades sex for information and extraction of "favors", all the while playing the woe is me, I am really, really sick, near death experience card. It's a crying shame that people have gotten wise to her antics. And penicillin does not cure everything. That's all I'm saying.

If Grafix Avenger would just give me one ounce of respect and understand I didn't actually try to set up her in a Beth Mason political operative defamation suit Part II and accept that I am the true victim here. I almost had a fatal death problem.

    Did I mention that already?

    Yup, I'm a victim.

  24. Well the tweets are protected again. Shocker.

BTW, I think no amount of commentary comes close to being anywhere close to just how disgusting real life is IMO so not sure why anyone would be worried about the commentary. How about you express your disgust w/ the people exhibiting the behavior that disgusts you instead of w/ the descriptions of that behavior.
