Here's another way you may obtain the Hoboken HHA's Executive Director's contract- through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
The contract is a public document, and it's only become an issue because the ED and his attorney (who presumably wrote it) claims it gives him "sole appointment power" for the attorney (and presumably the HHA auditor) yet wont let the HHA Commissioners see it.
Weird, huh?
GA was told the Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) must have a copy by state law,- that you can OPRA.
You may also file a FOIA request from HUD, here's how:
1. Click here: https://hudpal.efoia-host.com/palMain.aspx
2. Select Register here (unless you have a Log-in already)
3. Log in with your new ID and password.
4. Fill out required fields (not all required) and submit. That's it!
Aren't you curious to see what all the fuss is about?
