Step Up, Hector Torres

Nazi Truck video STILL: Roman Brice's phone number is posted on the Nazi Truck.  Malice, anyone?

Did you read GA yesterday?

If so, you learned of several startling coincidences between language used in the Nazi Truck video, in the midnight flyer AND in the documented public orations of political operative Lane Bajardi at the City Council. But more shocking revelations lie ahead.

Both the Nazi Truck video and the midnight flyer promote Bajardi's lawsuit using allegations against one Defendant as a central theme in the Hoboken School Board campaign.

Numerous sources have connected the Nazi Truck operation and midnight flyers to Beth Mason: her videographer Tim Brendel filmed and produced it, her political operative James Barracato was its mastermind.

What does this mean?

Two known Beth Mason operatives were promoting the allegations of a lawsuit initiated by a third known Beth Mason political operative in order to influence the outcome of Hoboken's School Board election.  Anyone care to dispute that?

But the campaign to politicize the lawsuit and promote allegations against Mason's political critics didn't start on video trucks and flyers. Nope. It began in The Hoboken Reporter.

Let's revisit a letter published on September 9, 2012.  The letter was signed by a gentleman named Hector Torres.  But was it written by Torres?

GA is asking Mr. Torres to step up, and get in touch with me privately.  You have my word I will not make our discussion public on this blog.  I have no personal animus toward you at all; you can call me the scum-of-the-earth to my face and I will still thank you for your time.  I just wish to have a chat about your letter, a discussion on local politics, the Hoboken blogosphere and any concerns you may have about my discourse online. I very much look forward to meeting you, Hector Torres.

Hector Torres, please contact me at: grafixavenger666@gmail.com

The letter is published in full below.  I've highlighted some of the language which other followers of Hoboken politics will recognize. And the schmaltzy manner of self-important bloviation heard so many times in the chambers of City Hall is similarly familiar, as well as claims of victimization by others' "internet activities" as though innocent of possible provocation due to the savagery of his own public discourse.  Like this, aimed at a former City Councilman on April 7, 2010:

"And yes, my attorney is keeping track of your internet activities as they pertain to me and my family so..."

Yes, familiar themes and language resurface under the name of Hector Torres in this letter to The Hoboken Reporter.  A fellow GA is dying to chat with.  I plan to compliment Hector on his encyclopaedic historic knowledge of the Defendants and his hearty repetition of Bajardi's allegations which 2 weeks later appeared on city-wide midnight flyers and later on the Nazi Truck- central issues of the Beth Mason-backed Move Forward campaign.

Mayor Zimmer should not stay silent about vile bloggers

Dear Editor:

Karma.

That’s what’s come to the zealot Zimmer bloggers who have seemingly defamed the reputation of Hoboken residents Lane Bajardi and his wife, as was revealed in allegations in a $2 million law suit against the principals of the hate blogs, “Grafix Avenger” and “Mile Square View.”

After reading the disgusting allegations in the Hudson Reporter last month, I find it hard to believe the deafening silence coming from the Mayor’s office in regard to this matter. Nancy Pincus, aka “GrafixAvenger,” was appointed to the city’s Zoning Board with the mayor’s blessings while Roman Brice, aka “Mile Square View/Hoboken Horse,” is a blatant and out-spoken Zimmer supporter.

It appears, by her silence, that Mayor Zimmer condones the documented definition and bullying of Mr., Bajardi and his wife.

The Reporter story clearly outlines what happens to be ongoing harassment suffered by the Bajardis, who claim they never blogged under two anti-Zimmer screen names, but suffered the horrific consequences from her zealot cadre of hit-squad internet bloggers.

One can only assume the hatred and arrogance contained in the vile posts against the Bajardi’s, as are outlined very clearly in their law suit. The nerve of them to ask readers to call DYFS to investigate the care of their child, or contact the IRS to investigate the plaintiff’s tax returns.

Pincus, a city official, appears to relish hate laden posts that she opines on her and other blogs.

Mayor Zimmer, only slightly breaking her silence, seems to be back-peddling in her support of Pincus and Brice, telling the Reporter that she has no comment and is unaware of their actions. If push comes to shove, it appears she is very willing to throw them, and a number of John Does, under the bus.

Earlier this year, City Council members offered a resolution to have Pincus removed from the Zoning Board, citing a long list of vile posts including fictitious “memos” to the FBI in which she professed her desire to shoot someone and asking for a gun. Not only did the Zimmer coalition not pass the resolution, it praised her for her Constitutionally granted free speech.

Whether or not the Bajardis oppose or support Zimmer, the Pincus and Brice blogs specifically point to the couple as being everything evil in our city. The fact that the Bajardis claim not to have posted under the screen names targeted by Pincus, Brice and the other “John Does,” illustrates the pent-up anger the bloggers have for their opponents.

Karma takes its shape in many forms. Shame on them and Mayor Zimmer for condoning this despicable behavior.

Sincerely,
Hector Torres

Impressive, Hector.  Can you read that to me in your buttery baritone (if you've got one)?

No problem if you can't.  We'll hear your story, one way or the other.

The casting of this lawsuit as a central issue in the Beth Mason-backed Move Forward campaign is simply fascinating and raises perhaps hundreds of questions.

And Mason will be asked to answer them all.
