MF Campaigns with Swastika at School- UPDATED

Have you ever seen a campaign this sleazy and dirty?

The same people who want your vote for School Board brandishing swastikas on huge video screens outside of a SCHOOL.

The Move Forward campaign had a TRUCK with video and audio blasting in the quiet residential neighborhood outside the Hoboken Board of Education at 1115 Clinton Street.  Attacking Kids First, Mayor Zimmer, Councilman Peter Cunningham and a Wallace School mom (me).

The Move Forward candidates were there- they walked right by the offensive images on their truck and into the building.  Not a peep.  GA heard Kids First was irate (will get details later), so was the Superintendent at this vile display of filthy campaign politics double-parked outside.  He called the police and they booted the Move Forward truck off into the night.

After which I hear this disgusting Move Forward truck paraded up and down Washington Street.

That's what I hear; GA was at the ZBA last night; blissfully unaware of this revolting Move Forward  stunt.

I'll get more details later- I hear there is a Beth Mason $7,000 'in-kind' campaign contribution on an ELEC report.  Certainly enough to pay for filthy midnight flyers and a video truck.

I'll have more later.

Please CONDEMN this FILTHY CAMPAIGN with your VOTE.

VOTE KIDS FIRST.

stay tuned...

Well, well.. what a surprise. WHO is flushing dough into the Move Forward Dirty Tricks campaign disguised as an 'in-kind' contribution?   It isn't hard to figure out WHO is paying for the Move Forward Swastika-on-Wheels.

Take a look at the 'Move Forward'  October 11, 2012 ELEC filing:

 Move Forward's R-1 ELEC- page 3 (4.1K on "t-shirts"... yeah, right)

Their ELECs are named in a manner making them hard-to-find.  To find Move Forwards ELECs click here: http://www.elec.state.nj.us/ELECReport/StandardSearch.aspx

Then, choose 'Committee' (not 'Candidate Name') then copy-paste: OLAND VAZQUEZ & MARKEVITCH MOVE FORWARD

Voila!  Do you know what I DON'T see on those ELECs?  An in-kind 'contribution' from Mason for use of  her space at 1200 Washington Street for Move Forward's headquarters.

Can Mason's NON-PROFIT 501(c)(3), The Mason Civic League, Inc. declare an 'in-kind' contribution to a POLITICAL CAMPAIGN?

Um... that's illegal.

Don't ask Beth Mason- all SHE wants to talk about is 3 year-old poop in a punchbowl.

MSV is reporting about this obscene political stunt, with the Move Forward Campaign Manager in full denial mode that HE had anything to do with playing politics with swastikas:
Branco repeatedly said he didn't "know anything" about it including its cost.

Whatever you say, Joe.

Major New York City media outlets are hitting this story.

Hey folks, you can find the Move Forward POLITICAL campaign headquarters at 1200 Washington Street in an Art Gallery run by the Mason Civic League, Inc. which is a registered  501(c)(3).

Now, of course that's not exactly... law-abiding.

Have at it!  Out local media doesn't give a crap.

  1. Clearly the truck was coordinated with the flier, ie, same sponsor.

The flier is illegal while the truck is not.

But the HPD can find out who hired the truck since that person is wanted in connection with the flier.

If they do not do that they show themselves to be derelict in their duties with regard to protecting a private citizen from what has become an increasingly menacing campaign. A campaign which has already shown that breaking the law means nothing to them, likewise coming to your street in the dead of night.

Whether the HPD is a friend of reform or not is immaterial. We are talking about their professional duties To Protect and Serve. Not favors.

At a minimum a complaint needs to be filed on the understanding that the same person/group paid for both the illegal flier and the legal truck. And that the person or persons involved cannot be assumed to be above using violence.

Given the lawlessness, deep pockets, and extraordinary antipathy involved, it may be time to consider a restraining order. The first step is for the HPD to take the simple steps necessary to find out who paid for all this.

    Will they do that?

  2. As if the Old Guard and its supporters like the Masons weren't toxic enough, now they've added visual, noise and carbon monoxide pollutions in the form of this trawling trailer of trash.

When the "Move(corruption)Forward" candidates lose, Haz-Mat experts will have to be hired to remove the toxic waste from their campaign headquarters, I mean "Mason Family Civic" or "Gallery 1200" - the little shop of horrors at 1200 Washington Street.

In due time, those slime and sludge handlers won't be the only ones wearing jump suits.

  3. Why would Branco volunteer that he doesn't know what it costs?

    1. Got another one for you. How about one of the Move Forward candidates making an 'admission-against-interest'?

      You'll read that here tomorrow.

  4. Interesting image of the ELEC report from "Friends of Beth Mason", both of them, listing the expenses for the Reporter's paycheck and potentially the cost of the mobile pollution machine.

The address is, of course, Ines & John Keim's condo, but the form seems to be in Beth's handwriting. Notice the "B". Wonder who signed it.
