Maureen Sullivan got fingerprinted on January 6th, 2012.
Today, January 10 2012,the NJDOE isued this update to clarify their policy regarding enforcement of the December 31, 2011 deadline for School Board fingerprinting:
For board members and charter school trustees who did not submit to fingerprinting as of Dec. 31, 2011, the NJDOE indicated that it will begin notifying their chief school administrator, school board secretary and executive county superintendent that they are not eligible for board service. The letter will describe the school board’s responsibilities regarding the ineligible member and in filling vacancies on the board.Q: How did Maureen Sullivan circumvent the NJDOE's own enforcement policy in a reprieve 'after-hours' last night?
A rhetorical question you ask, GA.
