GA EXCLUSIVE: Mason's Loopy Letter

If you read MSV yesterday then you know about tonight's 'special' meeting of the City Council called by City Council President Beth Mason.  The meeting was called on Friday and not properly noticed in defiance of N.J. Open Meetings Act.

As Da Horsey put it:
According to the NJ Open Meetings Act, a body such as the Hoboken City Council must provide 48 hours notice before holding a meeting meeting several requirements.

Included among them is 48 hours written notice with complete details including the agenda of the meeting to the extent known.

So what's she up to?  What's her agenda?

See for yourself.

Grafix Avenger has obtained a copy of Mason's letter, which was hand-delivered to City Hall on Friday afternoon.

The first response of ALL those who've seen it is "that's not her signature".

I checked her recent ELEC filing; whoever signed the ELEC form also signed the letter. They are the same.

Does that mean Mason didn't sign her own ELEC form? If true, is that legal?

Here's a side-by side comparison of the 2 signatures with the one on her newsletters:

They're written by different people.  Clearly. The angle of the pen, the shape and roundness of the script, the way the letters are connected... look at the difference in the cursive 't'-- and so on.

So did the person who write the letter sign it as well?  If it wasn't Mason, then who was it?  My lawyer-friend called it a lousy 'cut -and-paste job'.   An embarrassing piece of hackery.

But the message is clear: this is about the personal destruction of the careers of Juan Melli and Dan Bryan.

The Queen must have their heads.

Their crime?

Disobedience to the 'directives' of the counsel.

Jeez, that's it?  But what did they really do? How does Mason justify the targeting and ritualistic gutting of the lives of 2 young men?  On what basis was it EVER appropriate to select these 2 men for public character assassination?

Here's what the evil witch wants: to fill the personnel files of Melli and Bryan with as much poison as she can in the waning days of her CC presidency.  And put a couple of stains out there that will haunt them on Google.  As unreliable employees, insubordinate, abusers of the public trust, their violations egregious enough to warrant  public ignominy.

Is this kind of harassment actionable?  If so boys, then go for it.

What a VILE character, that one. Now she's putting the City at risk of a law suit for harassment or unlawful termination.

In my opinion, she's feeling the heat of the F.B.I. investigation and is starting to crack.

Bryan and Melli need our support.

  1. More importantly it her wish to interfere with the FBI's investigation that bothers me. I stated so at the last meeting and was vindicated by Tabakin. July 1st can't come soon enough for me.

  2. The signature is not a surprise, given the personality disorder that is the Ma$onic state of being: http://www.michbar.org/journal/pdf/pdf4article503.pdf

What is more alarming is that she has crafted her own letterhead with PO box and graphics.

Corporation counsel should take her to task for this too, crazy bitch.

  3. You noticed that, too. It's very strange.

  4. I wonder if this her last meeting; Wednesday is Shavuot, a non-working Jewish holiday. Unlike Purim (see last week's meeting), a holiday where work is permitted.
