Celebrity Endorsement

Good evening.

I'm delighted that GA has allowed me to make this endorsement for tomorrow's City Council election in Hoboken.  Thank you, GA.

These are the candidates who have impressed me with their obedience to my principles:

1st Ward- Terry Castellano
2nd Ward- Beth Mason
3rd Ward- Michael Russo
4th Ward- Timothy Occhipinti
5th Ward-  Scott Delea
6th Ward- Nino Giacchi

I command you to vote for them.

And once you vote for them consider yourself part of the solution: the solution to ending Mayor Zimmer's war on corruption in Hoboken City operations, the solution to ending progressive urban parking and transportation initiatives, the solution to ending smart fiscal management by blowing our entire budget on a grab-bag give-away gimmick, a solution to preventing a constructive dialogue between the City Council and the mayor which benefits all...

I demand OBSTRUCTION.  Because what matters is the benefit of the few, the benefit of the connected...

my Chosen.

So vote with me, the Dark Lord, for eternal satisfaction.

Mine.  heh heh heh....

Warmest wishes,
Satan

PS- Nice doing business with you, guys and girls. We've got this one in the bag. Just like I bought Timmy for you.

  1. One would have thought that Satan had better taste, though they are all superstars when it comes to practicing the seven deadly sins and calling it government - greed, avarice, wrath, envy, sloth, lust and pride are all on display, twice a month in council chambers.

Although they are doing a fine job of raising the wrath of most Hobokenites and we don't need more reasons to vote them out, I thought I'd connect a few "dot.coms" for those who may be new to this surreal scene of their creation, or simply need some questions answered.

You may think this election is all about ego, greed and power, their irrational hatred of a mayor and total disdain for the rest of us - but that isn't the half of it:

Why, you may ask, would anyone on a national level be SOOOOO interested in the outcome of a local municipal election? So much so, that they'd send a seasoned street-money pro to spread the Masonic wealth around, leaving the lily-white-trash hands of the benefactress unsullied by such transactions? The answer of course is money - as in greed. It is believed that Menendez had sent Alex Lesiak from DC to handle this dirty business for Cammarano, Occhipinti and Mason - in all her failed elections - to ensure that development continues to go their way for certain developers who keep certain politicians in office with their generosity: http://www.nytimes.com/1999/08/02/nyregion/the-ties-that-link-developers-and-elected-officials.html.

Why would a New Jersey Transit Employee and the plumber's union contribute train-loads and tubfuls of cash to Occhipinti? Ever heard of LCOR and their plans for a series of towers over the railroad tracks, (think Land of Oz - Dubai style) conveniently located in the fourth ward? That's a lot of Transit jobs and toilet bowls!

Why would they want to make sure a certain blogger is removed from the zoning board, even creating fake hysteria claiming anti-Semitism and homophobia? (see: Russo, Michael; influence peddling; "Jersey Sting") - I'll bet you a kidney-pie dinner at the Malibu you can guess this! Of course! It's about getting the board stacked in their favor, so when these development deals come along the approvals move through this board like a well-oiled machine, which of course it will be if they retain their seats,

The plan would then play out perfectly whereupon there'll potentially be plenty for all of them, including nice environmental remediation contracts for NOvak, Occhipinti continues on to his next corrupt step up the political ladder in true Jersey style, believing the lies he tells himself, Ma$on gets to play with the northwest quadrant, handing it over to The Rockefeller Group who will then (in Goldberg / Menendez style) bounce her to some greater gig, a la Palin / Angle / Bachmann. We'll be glad to be rid of her, but the damage she'll do getting there!

Hoboken's future is at stake in the outcome of this election. Those who would seek to exploit our great city cannot win this election and enact their nefarious plan through legitimate means, so don't assume you can sit this one out. Vote. Don't assume your neighbor has made the time - call and remind them. Remember, our system of government is not a spectaor sport; it only works if you participate and voting is the least you can do.
