Deep Uvula: They Didn't Know it Was Coming

GA just spoke with Deep Uvula and got the first response from within and without the Russo camp on today's release of the FBI surveillance video:

Nobody saw this one coming.  It's a fucking tsunami.

There was a battle going on over at the Jersey Journal with Augie (Torres) trying to bury the Russo story. Somebody higher up in the Star Ledger went over Augie's head and gave the story to a young junior reporter, gave them authority to publish the tape. 

Word has it the authors weren't too happy with the  throwdown challenges being made by Russo and the paper (Star Ledger) not coming to their defense. I guess Mikey shot himself in the foot this time. This tape wasn't supposed to be released for public consumption.  If he'd just kept his mouth shut, if he hadn't called them liars the tape would never have been released.

But Russo got too big for his britches, thought he had the mayor on the run, shot off his big mouth.

Holy fuck. There's going to be hell to pay.  It was up to Maurice (Fitzgibbons), (Paul) Swibinski and all the handlers to keep this out of the paper and they fucked up.

Everyone was blindsided.
