The galling hypocrisy of a certain putz complaining to YouTube about my unedited clip from the Dec. 15the City Council meeting, calling it a "privacy violation", got me thinking.

Imagine, twice he's participated in what I consider to be intellectual property theft: the downloading, reprinting, dissemination and publication of MY original graphics without permission.

His smear-buddy at Hoboken411 has put his moniker on my original work, which amounts to modifying then claiming false 'ownership' of MY intellectual property.

That guy... another crybaby-hypocrite.

I wrote about it back in July, when Perry Klaussen had the coconut-sized balls to file a complaint with Blogger alleging GA of"copyright infringement":


Imagine that!

From a guy who steals original graphics from weather.com and accuweather.com and slaps his moniker on them on a regular basis. He's done the same thing to me.

And I never complained.

Well, I've had enough hypocrisy from this pair of crying bitches.

It's time for GA to get some legal mumbo-jumbo. And here it is:

You shall be solely liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission.

3.Subject to Grafix Avenger's policies regarding privacy, any e-mails, notes, message/billboard/forum postings, images, videos, ideas, suggestions, concepts or other material submitted will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the property of Grafix Avenger throughout the universe.

In layman's terms: keep your paws off of my original graphics unless you've got permission.

Mine.

And guess what? In case you ask...

The answer is NO.
