"How do I get off this list?"

"For the love of God....how do I get off this list?"read the text sent to GA, with a couple of photos attached.

Followed by...

"Why say civic league but come from her lair on Hudson.  I want it to STOP.... I don't want to appear ungrateful for her "warm wishes" and all but after multiple subpoenas... I think I got the message.  In the season of good will I would like to offer the savings of future stamps and remove me from the list."

Yes, this Mason Civic League card victim was subpoenaed by Plaintiffs Lane Bajardi and Kim Cardinal Bajardi in their SLAPP suit.

Is there such thing as harassment-by-holiday-card?  Technically, no.

But if you were in any of their shoes would you welcome a card from Beth Mason?

Emails and letters to the Court during Bajardi v Pincus discovery, document the abusive treatment of third party witnesses (like the Mason card-victim).  In fact, letters to the Court complaining about the abuse were written both by aggrieved third parties and yours truly.

Oh yes, there is abundant documentation demonstrating the abuse of witnesses, some of which were entered as exhibits by Defendants.

WITNESS LETTER*
*Exhibit  in Defendant Pincus' Motion to for Protective Order to Preclude Plaintiffs from Videotaping my Deposition

It is my OPINION that fishing a little girl's picture blowing out her birthday candles off her mom's personal Facebook page to serve a subpoena at the child's elementary school is outrageously abusive.

JONATHAN Z. COHEN, ESQ. RESPONSE* TO (ABOVE) WITNESS LETTER
*Exhibit  in Defendant Pincus' Motion to for Protective Order to Preclude Plaintiffs from Videotaping my Deposition

Note, the witness' request to end the deposition at 1:30PM was to pick up her little girl from Wallace Elementary School... to which Cohen replied, "I will not commit to any 1:30 PM ending to your deposition...."

What a prick.

Another example of how witnesses were treated: a demand to appear at the trial everyday. Oh yeah, this witness parents 3 children.  In fact, this witness was never called.  Then why the asshole-y demand letter?

TRIAL WITNESS DEMAND LETTER

Demand for trial witness to appear at EVERYDAY  at "9:00AM...  until excused by the Court or me"

Now do you see why anyone put through the grinder of Bajardi v Pincus  is  much too polite to tell Beth Mason to shove her "warm wishes" cards up her ass, instead asking: "How do I  get off this list?"

Oh yeah, Mason's "warm wishes" were extended to Irene Sobolov.

"And I laughed when I saw the photo"  HO! HO! HO!

  1. Sadly I think Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Mason truly think that after all the low life crap they have pulled in Hoboken that if they just have their staff send out one more mailing that they can buy themselves respectability.

  2. Good question, Irene. Why is the mason lair on Hudson the address of their civic league? Are they writing off personal expenses to the taxpayer? Doesn't the civic league have a storefront on 12th street?

  3. Contrary to the cold hearted snark of nasty bitches, Irene's home was beautiful, warm and cozy before the flood. I haven't seen it but I hear her renovations are near complete. I can't wait to see it.

  4. Cohen ought to be brought up on ethics charges.

    1. As I understand it, he (and that other attorney from Ohio) has already been sanctioned, and is appealing the 2k that the judge hit each of them with. Is that enough (rhetorical question)?

    2. Whitney Gibson of Vorys, Seymour, Sater and Pease was sanctioned $1k, Jonathan Z. Cohen was sanctioned $2K. No, it's not enough. I hear new facts will emerge.

  5. This Mason camp is despicable. Love the stylized TD Bank in their greeting card. It would make a great T-shirt design.

  6. Talk about bullies. Stalking Minutillo to her child's school then bullying her about not leaving to pick up her kid. I can only imagine what else they did to the rest of you. It must have been awful.

    1. Don't forget, Mason's Goon harrassed this woman and her 5 year old. Now I'm not sure if Mason was aware or helped plan the harassment, I have my own opinions, but Mason certainly helped her Gorilla after the fact with help defending the charges

    2. Anon 8:33 that is true. Elise Dinardo defended the Mason Gorilla. If I am not mistaken Dinardo was on retainer for Mason. I also heard Dinardo helped finboy w the Bajardi complaint from someone who knows them. Call it a rumor.

  7. Mason's pet gorilla received her generous legal support backing the nasty verbal attacks on a Hoboken mom with her kindergarten aged daughter right on school grounds as they were leaving.

Just another of Beth Mason's abominations on the City of Hoboken. Her holiday greetings are nothing more than reminders of her many gross inflictions on this town.

    1. Pretty weird for a man to attack a woman and 5 year old girl in that way. And Mason never answered for continuing to employ this person after knowing the many issues he had with women?? No wonder she wouldn't dare run for re-election. She would have been slughtered

    2. Sure it's weird. Mason's gorilla followed the Hoboken mom and her little girl into Rosario's and stared at them while they ate their pizza. The gorilla didn't order anything. He just sat at another table and stared at the mom and her little girl.
