Earwitness News

GA's gotten an earful today.   Hold on...I'm scooping out the mess in my ear.

Gross. Take a  look at those Q-tips:

Ugh, that is disgusting. What hideous deposits my Earwitness brought today.

Alright, grab your Q-tips. Our conversation went something like this:
Earwitness:  Ricky Mason was really upset at the escalating cost of the lawsuit. The costs kept going up. He didn't want to pay any more. And that was before it got dismissed.

GA: What??? You mean Bajardi v Pincus?

Earwitness: Yeah.

GA: You sure?

Earwitness: This came from the Mason camp.

GA: what else can you tell me?

Earwitness: They were coming after you. They hate Horsey as much now. It didn't turn how they wanted.  Ricky's going to explode if he has to pay [redacted].
There is more.  But GA has to withhold it due to a pending court ruling which may come any day now.

There is so much filth on those Q-tips.  Thank goodness that nasty crap is gone from my ear!

  1. Ha! your ear witness fingered Rick Mason as paying for Lane Bajardi and Kim Cardinal's SLAPP. Can you get an affidavit?

  2. Now I have a horrific picture of Camp Mason stuck in my head.

  3. Fingers Crossed that if you are awaiting news of any kind that it is nothing but good news!!!

  4. Re your ear witness I doubt the money is really the issue for Ricky. More likely if he's pissed off its because he already looks like a complete idiot and will look like even more of an idiot if fees are granted. He has no face saving narrative here as the supposed grownup/brilliant legal mind in the room. The others including Beth are all stupid enough not to know better. Ricky has no such excuse.

    1. If Ricky paid for the SLAPP then he owns the colossol failure of it. Worse, the Bajardis handed over thousands of political emails he sent from his desk of Wachtell Lipton Rosen and Katz. Could cause big trouble for Ricky with the Wachtell partnership. What a jerk. Totally got played by Lane and Kim, if he paid hundreds of thousands this SLAPP cost already. Definition of an asshole.

    1. You are forgetting that other less famous song C-O-M-M-U-N-I-T-Y P-R-O-P-E-R-T-Y

Ricky would lose half his assets to (gulp) Beth.

  6. I cross my fingers and say a prayer every night that you and Horsey get legal fees and damages. Make this enabler squeal like a scene from "Deliverance".

    1. Unless Lane and Kim (who did not sign the complaint) get hit with fees, insurance companies will be picking up the tab.

    2. Some insurance policies have exclusions for frivolous litigation. May depend on what the judge says in his decision.

    3. I'm not a lawyer but seems weird that an insurance company would cover legal judgements.

  7. Did Ricky Mason pay gift tax to the IRS? He reported it, I'm sure. The Bajardis don't pay tax as recipients of the $500,000 or so for legal fees. The giver pays the gift tax.

    1. Anyone can pay for a lawsuit.

    2. No the recipients of the money have to report the money as taxable income. No one expects they did. Lane and Kim are pathological liars.

    3. Anon @ 6:56 - if that is true and Plaintiffs' attorney is aware, isn't Plaintiffs' attorney a party to tax evasion?

      Delete
    4. Unlikely the attorney would be a party to tax evasion (unless he prepares the tax forms). He could be a party to subjorning perjury. These Mason people all look like they are comfortable if not eager to commit perjury.

The only way to stop it is probably to cut off the head of the snake.

  8. Ricky is smart and compassionate and will do what is required for the necessary good. This story is a lie! Just another Zimmerist lie defiling the good people in Hoboken with Beth and Ricky being abused again.

    1. Right on Bobinda! Beth and Ricky stand by their friends and don't abandon them just because of a few little mistakes or a few hundred thousand or more.

    7. Shhhhhh. Don't tell ANYONE this is my secret agent superspy screen name. I will use it to coordinate vicious online attacks with that ne'er do well Perry Klaussen, then sue a bunch of people who attack me back. It's PERFECT. I have a crazy wife who cries on demand and hallucinates her kid is being "attacked". She's absolutely nuts! Oh yeah, some rich prick is paying my legal fees. Life is beautiful.
