Hoboken411: "He apparently wanted me to have it"

The 2011 Hoboken School Board election was on April 27, 2011.

The winners were Carmelo Garcia, Frances Rhodes-Kearns and Peter Biancamano; all Kids First candidates lost.

After midnight on Friday, May 6 2011, police were dispatched to a barroom scuffle in Hoboken. One of those arrested: a recently-defeated  Kids First School Board candidate.

At 4:41 PM on May 6, 2011 Hoboken411 emails Lane "not an operative" Bajardi, with an attachment.  The email's subject line:"police report."

At 4:47 PM Lane Bajardi replies to Perry Klaussen: "Was this report obtained through official channels?  Can I quote it verbatim?"

At 4:48 PM Hoboken411 replies to Lane Bajardi: "Yes...".

Since Hoboken411 obtained the report "through official channels" there is no need for GA to redact the source.

Immediately, Lane "not an operative" Bajardi begins scavenging for photos of the arrested Kids First candidate posed with Reform political figures.

At 5:01 PM, 5:04 PM and 5:17 PM Lane "Red Haven" Bajardi sends photos he calls a "gallery" to Hoboken411.com.

At 5:27PM on May 6, 2011, Lane "Red Haven" Bajardi emails Hoboken411, the subject is "Gallery."

At 6:53 PM on May 6, 2011 , Lane "Red Haven" Bajardi sends an email titled, "Godfrey Story" to Hoboken411 with attachment "Zimmer's School Board Choice Arrested.doc."

Curiously, Bajardi does not want the police report included though Hoboken411 confirmed it was obtained  through "official channels."

(Note: In his "Zimmer's School Board Choice Arrested.doc," ghostwriter Lane Bajardi includes the  names and alleged police records of persons who are not public figures, likely to be returned on Google searches by prospective employers. )

At 7:04 PM on May 6, 2011, Lane "not an operative" Bajardi's article: "Zimmer's School Board Choice Arrested.doc" is published on Hoboken411- less than 24 hours after the alleged incident occurred.

On May 7, 2011 Lane "not an operative" Bajardi provides the 7th and 8th comments below his own Hoboken411 ghostwritten smear article; Bajardi comments under admitted screen names "4th Ward Guardian" and "xyzpdq."

Did it ever strike you that Mr. Bajardi was on the wrong end of a defamation lawsuit?

For this entry in the 'anals' (misspelling intentional) of the Bajardi-Hoboken411.com excretions, we may thank a member of the Hoboken Police Department.

But please note, this individual was not the only HPD source of material for Hoboken411's attacks on members of Reform.  The trafficking of police complaints to Hoboken411 is a long term problem, as well as their hostile behaviors toward Reform (you've heard GA's story).  This abuse of authority, the politicization of the force and 'use' to advantage of one political faction over another, has tarnished the many good, honest and decent members of the HPD.

GA believes that Chief Ferrante is dedicated to fixing these problems.  I'm told he's made great progress in the short time he's been chief.  It is a matter of public interest and public concern to expose and address the misuse of the police force by one political faction.  The broken relationship between the HPD and Hoboken residents who have been mistreated must be fixed.  I am one.

    1. So many people owe this plaintiff a huge thank you. These emails have revealed so much about some things that people certainly did not want public.

I hope they pass along their thanks as soon as possible

    2. we owe Nancy and Roman

    3. Yes 12:41 anon, Roman and Nancy are owed a tremendous debt by all of the good people in Hoboken. And I hope they are rewarded!

For all of the people who were not doing what they should, they should direct any thank yous for all of these emails being made public to the plaintiffs. After all it was their frivolous lawsuit that revealed all of these things

  2. Ironic, Zimmers enemies always complain her administration doesn't have racial diversity.

Nice way to treat a black School Board candidate and his black girlfriend 2 weeks after he lost his election, Lane Bajardi. The election was OVER. Lane Bajardi and Perry Klaussen thought it was real important to get the black candidates personal business out in public cause he thought it would hurt the mayor.

    Bastards.

    1. Yeah, I noticed Lane Bajardi mentions the African-American couple has a kid together. WTF??? That's irrelevant personal information. In my opinion, Lane Bajardi's comment about his "partner with whom he has one child" feeds right into a negative racial stereotype. What is the point of bringing the guys child into his article????

    2. Lane Bajardi #LaneBajdardi would never do that... after all he and his wife were mortified when Zimmer was "QUOTED" for her deposition (where you must be exact and tell exactly what happened without censoring ) The "N" word. Lane and his little gang blogged for days that Dawn used the epitaph while knowing she was quoting a good who used it.

  4. Lane Bajardi's Willie Horton strategy. Much like his ex employer Roger Ailes, Lane uses race to scare what he believes are white racist voters.
Too Bad Lane projects his own bias. Nobody cares about race on the reform side.
HAs Beth ever supported a local African American for anything?

    1. Beth supported a lot of African-Americans over the years: nannies, housekeepers, drivers and personal assistants - all of whom signed non-disclosure statements, no doubt. Now that she owns that big place in VA, she and Ricky can put on those awful costumes and play "Gone With the Finned" and hire many local people of color.

    Tim Occhipinti

And now... The Hoboken Police Department!!!

By the way 2 cops own the coffee shop in the ally way by the post office downtown (near pier a). Do not patronize.

  10. Additionally that Godfrey candidate couldn't have been a nicer guy. This was a planned attack and racist at that! The HPD lane and mason cost him and his family a lot of anguish and money. Another despicable hatchet job done by Hobokens "Filfiest"!

    1. Godfrey should bring a complaint to the national chapter of the NAACP. Not to be confused with the local chapter, that writes letters condemning Mayor Zimmer and gives awards to Beth Mason.

  11. WTF does Lane Bacardi of 1010WIN mean exactly by "quite a crew"? I see a bunch of happy neighbors (friends too ) working toward one goal to better Hoboken Schools

What we see from Lane Bajardi's emails are 4 people working against the betterment of Hoboken and trying to destroy it for Beth Mason.

Isn't it odd how Lane and Kim -who are low middle income/ unemployed/ working poor for Hoboken standards, worked for Free for Beth? Hmmmm

  12. Sexist Comments towards women, mocking fat people, knocking short people, calling people monkeys on 411, using the C word towards opponents, taking photos of people with telephoto lenses... No that's not what was doe to the plaintiffs , that's what they did to everyone else

  13. Lane Bajardi pulled photos of Godfrey from his dossier so fast. ... Proof Bajardi was circling Godfrey and his girlfriend like a hungry buzzard waiting to strike.

But why did Lane Bajardi target the African American couple weeks after the election, and write about their child?

    1. Lane's obsession with certain male individuals seems to border on homoeroticism which might explain his large collection of photos of men readily available to Perry.

  14. All the people who know their ass from their elbow, and all the people who have no vested interest have had their say. I'm curious what true believers like the Keims and Duvals who used to be happy about this lawsuit still think of these scumbags. Do they still think Laney and Kimmy and Sara-y and Jimmy are just a little "edgy" "pushing the envelope a little" "not doing anything the zimmerists don't do"???

Just wondering where the cognitive dissonance has them at this point.

It's a nice bookend with Lane Bajardi's blood diamonds comments. A little sly creeping racism here, a little sly creeping anti-semitism over there. 1010Wins sure can pick 'em.

Something about this incident always smelled. It was too perfectly timed and ready made for H411 following the election. Was it a set up? Or maybe it was just one of those curious Hoboken coincidences....
