She had a Dream

Was this a dream, too?

Lane Bajardi deposed under oath on July 16, 2014

Yes, that was one of Plaintiffs' damage claims. It had to be a dream.

  1. You know a nightmare comment is coming. Sleep soundly GA, your nightmare is over dealing with these dementors. Christ, they are stupid.

  2. The dream was waking up on the fabulous morning to, "Cammaranno was arrested".

Now that was a dream come true!

  3. Leading up to the release of all of this evidence from the SLAPP suit I knew enough about Hoboken politics to know who the Plaintiffs were, Mason and her people's tactics such as following and harassing women and 5 year old girls. But I never knew who this woman referenced above was. Incredibly vicious person. She must be thrilled all of these emails are out there

I have a friend applying to Stevens and two other friends with Stevens 2nd graders. I will be informing them of this sworn testimony that Stevens drops kids based on internet comments having nothing to do with the child who is ultimately punished. Either Stevens has a lot of explaining to do for which I will direct them to read these Sworn Statements. Or they have been defamed by these Stevens parents.

    1. Stevens is a cooperative school and as such, they're not just admitting the child but also the whole family into the Stevens' integrated form of education. If a family is known to be directly involved in scheming to bring financial ruin to our city and damage the reputations of as many people and institutions as possible in their attempts to gain something, anything, politically, why should they be allowed in? Especially when the other Stevens families are mentally and emotionally healthy, engaged in the well-being of all children and the entire community. Then there is the distinct possibility that their child simply wasn't up to whatever objective academic standards Stevens uses. With both Bajardi's out of work at the time, who would have picked up the steep tuition fee anyway? Any ideas?

  5. Stevens advises parents that "what is online about them will affect decisions made" on admitting their kids? HUH????? Absolute nonsense. Further wasn't the Bajardi kid admitted for the 2012-2013 school year? There must have been hundreds of posts criticizing Bajardi online when they applied to the school.

Did Bajardi call any witnesses from Stevens Cooperative to back that up? Did he depose anyone from Stevens?

    1. It seems to me the Prosbus Couple may have defamed Stevens Cooperative

    2. The Bajardis claim to have subpoenaed Stevens Cooperative Director of Admissions, Nancy Rossi, to testify at trial-- Rossi was on their witness list. But they never called her to testify.

Rossi was not deposed, nor was any representative from Stevens to support their damage claim.

    3. Nobody from Stevens. What about 1010WINS? He claimed your blog posts damaged his career.

Did they depose anyone from 1010WINS? Did they call anyone from 1010WINS at the trial to testify for Lane Bajardi?

      Delete
    4. No, the Bajardis did not depose anyone from 1010WINS.

No, he didn't call any witnesses from 1010WINS. Bajardi did not produce a single witness from CBS or 1010WINS to support his allegations and damage claims nor a single shred of evidence. Nada.

  7. A two year lawsuit filed in multiple states, countless depositions, hours of legal work etc... must have cost 100's of thousands of dollars...
Stevens Co-Op costs a pretty penny

  8. I can't believe a school that charges $18,000 for the lower grades threw a kid out on his ass because of online comments. But if a parent with children in the school says so and another parent even files a lawsuit over it I have to believe its true. Do they mention anything about their rigid online policy in their admissions literature?

  9. Sara's husband Branko Stojkovic seem like a nice normal guy, I wonder how he feels now that he and his family are the topic of discussion as his wife's secret life has become very public ? Is he still laughing ?

  10. Has anyone seen any of these people in public? I think they're already feeling shunned by the community. Must be a hell of a way to live and raise a family in a city as small as Hoboken.

  11. Having seen Mr. Bajardi in the role of soccer dad, I can form some opinions about what other parents would have seen.

Mr. Bajardi was more concerned with children being too close to the goal (no goal tending allowed in the age group) than children that were knocking other children down.

I personally would not want have my child hang with a kid whose parents display those choices.

When I my kid, who is wonderful, but not perfect, gets in trouble I don't assume the problem was someone else creation. Even good sweet children can loose their temper and act out. I try to understand what happened from all points of view, daughter's, teacher's, other kid's. I try to help my kid try to understand how her actions effect other people. I try to help her be self aware.

I don't think Mr. Bajardi is very self aware, just my opinion.

  14. If bloggers got their kid kicked out of an exclusive school, that's a valid reason to sue. Is that what Lane Bajardi and Sara Stojkovic said under oath? Shouldn't they sue the school though? That's a pretty stupid policy and subject to a lot of abuse. I'd expect something less brain dead from my twenty thousand dollar kindergarten.

    2. Cooperative schools are enrolling the families as much as the kids. They have discretion. They're not like other private schools. You don't get to behave like an asshole in the world and expect that they want you as part of their cooperative learning environment. And you can't out-source your familial obligations to your underpaid Caribbean nanny. By that standard, the Bajardi's didn't pass muster, and probably neither would the Mason's. which is all the more reason to send your kid to Stevens Coop.

  15. Lane and Sara should definately sue the school. That is a rediculous policy to expel there little kid because of the internet. It's not his fault what people say. I would never have a kid in a school like that. Thats bullshit.

Find it bizarre people here are entertaining lies made to the court as if they're actually real after being thrown out of court. Claiming something and showing evidence is not the same as writing a bald faced lie on paper or on Hoboken411.

Read the judge's legal opinion on MSV. It's all there: http://www.hobokenhorse.com/2015/03/hon-patrick-j-arre-legal-opinion.html

No evidence. Repeat: for every claim there was NO E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E.
Are we following along yet? Do we have a clue. When you lie to the court and keep it going eventually you will have to answer for the lie(s) showing evidence.

There was no evidence about the school There was no evidence produced from 1010 WINS. There was no evidence produced about ANYTHING.

These are pathological liars people. Helllooooooooooooo! Have a clue for heaven's sake. Sara is not married to Mr. Branco. It's a reference to the guy's first name. Her husband is not a bar owner.

It looks to me like maybe some desperate political operatives are trying to muddy things up with stupidity. Hat tip to Beth. Stupidity is all you have left going for you.

    1. @Clueless, I get your point but I think most people here are just mocking the plaintiffs' testimony, not seriously believing it. And also contrasting that testimony to their own words from their own emails.

If you are accusing some trolls of trying to stir the pot, then I guess that could be true for a couple of seemingly ill-informed comments here but I think most GA readers are pretty clued in.

    2. Most GA readers and MSV readers are very clued in. Just sharing the knowledge and this is why these 2 publications need to continue to flourish.

As GA always says, "Sunshine is the best disinfectant." Can I get an amen?
