"finally"- UPDATED

Does anyone doubt that one intent and purpose of Lane and Kim Cardinal Bajardi's SLAPP was to silence Reform speech online?

Bajardi v Pincus was filed on July 26, 2012.  I was served on August 3, 2012 and on August 19, The Hoboken Reporter published their version of the story.

At 10:27 AM on August 26, 2012:

Kim Cardinal Bajardi responds at 1:22 PM.  At 6:03PM, Sara Stojkovic replies that is it "Too late...:"

Ugh.

Update:
GA noted this anonymouse @ 1:45 PM comment to HobokenJourney below:
Hoboken411 definitely didn't like you commenting there. I recall a comment directed toward a woman with vision problems. It was a condescending vicious comment out of nowhere and no semblance to anything. How could the other commenter know anything about another commenter?
Good question.  I just looked and found this (GA digitized one inflammatory adjective) :

It appears to me that Journey's identity was shared.  Journey honey, you have company- GA is legally blind.  Boy, that's mean.

Oh yes, and I forgot this one from August 12, 2012- 9 days after GA was served with Bajardi v Pincus:

  1. I believe the term that best describes this email exchange is "busted". Seriously, they cannot be this dumb. Can they? Or does this massive level of stupidity explain why they have failed so miserably in politics for years?

  2. karma, baby.

one minor point that i find humorous: these dipshits are so clueless that they don't even understand basic internet terminology. a "blogger" is someone who runs a blog and posts stories, the people (like me) who comment at the end are "commenters". there are only two bloggers here, GA and Horsey (in this case three, as they make reference to kurt). the rest of us are not bloggers, we are commenters. geez...

  3. Who's dumb? Hoboken residents exercising their First Amendment rights or the people suing them (and handing over thousands of documents proving the suit was filed in bad faith)? It looks like "the moving train" reversed and backed up over Plaintiffs.

Won't Sara just looooove being called as a plaintiffs' witness in a SLAPP Back Suit. Dumbass Incorporated strikes again.

  5. Wow, these two are gloating over the silence until Scott and This Means War have to go and ruin it! "UGH"

  6. MSV fell "pretty silent?" I think MSV has been anything but silent and has the most commets in Hoboken since 2012. How do you like the sound now?

  7. Sara Strojkovic tried soooo hard to hide while doing her dirty work and keep her name out of the Mason gutter and now she is up to her dark roots in the filth.

  8. I don't know if I should be insulted or complemented.

"... even Journey is so scared she stopped blogging."

One, I don't have blog. Two, bullies have never scared me into doing anything. Three, That summer was hectic for me.

So trust me, not being online had nothing to do with these bullies.

As I suspect Sara and company read this blog the way people watch train wrecks... Sara do you want to call me scared to my face?

    1. Looking back at my emails I also see that there were a few between me and the Patch Moderator about posts not going up or being deleted. So was I silent or silenced?

Also I switch from a PC to a Mac and these sites don't love Safari, i have to load Firefox to comment. Which is not my preferred browser. It cuts posting down to when I'm using a computer and not a tablet or mobile.

    2. Kimberly Cardinal Bajardi and her friend were in on that little scam. MSV has the emails were they discuss how easily it was to delete their "opposition" on Hoboken Patch.

Since you mention it, MSV will look to publish that tomorrow.

    3. (where) they discuss. It's a censorship loving bonanza among the Masonistas. Anyone surprised?

      Delete
    4. Nope. Censorship killed 411 and is the entire reason why evveryone left that site.

What is really scary is that if they hadn't gone bonkers w/ the censorship, so hostile w/ the ghost writing and just left things well enough alone, Mason would probably be mayor. So glad the witch and her minions spewed her nasty witches brew everywhere so we could see their true colors.

    5. It must burn the Mason ladies auxiliary that Patch once a cesspool of Masonic hate has become a comment free blog that publishes mostly good and positive things happening in Hoboken.

It totally undermines the Mason-Russo agenda of accentuate the negative .

Thank you gals we could not have done it without you.

  9. I just don't get their obsession with people commenting. They were clearly doing things that were 10 times worse than a simple online comment. They were doing research on people's financial backgrounds, taking photos of homes and workplace, sending 350 pound mental cases to follow a Mom and her 5 year old, character assassinations on 411, being involved in the stolen email case, nazi trucks, and much much more

Yet they are positively enraged about somebody making a comment on an article on a website? Makes no sense.

    1. I think they thought that they could control all political discourse in town. They bought enough ads at the Hudson Journal to control them. They bought H411 to control that. They could mostly control Patch by a combination of flooding the message boards with disinformation and relying on a fairly naive group running that sight.

Then the horse and GA appeared, so they tried desparately to control them. When they couldn't, they tried to sue them. The funny part is, I think the horse and GA sprung up mostly because H411 had turned into Beth's mouthpiece. Did they think that shutting those two sights down wouldn't result in even more sights starting up? Like a hydra, cut one head off and two more spring up.

  10. Mr. Sara seems to have a lot of issues. NO?

  11. I've been thinking why was I not named, obviously the cabal didn't like my posts.

I don't know what Mr. Klaussen knew about me, I tend to give the least amount of info as possible when registering with a site. I grew up on BBS systems, I might never of posted anything troublesome, but my parents were friends with the SYS-OPs so, I might not have posted anything that I didn't want to get back to them.

For the longest time I've know how long things posted on the internet live (basically forever). So I post with the knowledge that employers or worse, my kid will someone day read it. My advice, don't give site your real name, ever.

But in the end, they filed against the actual bloggers and just to find out the names of us commenters.

GA, thank you for going through this. Thank you for sharing the hard earned data from the cabal.

    ReplyDelete
  12. And if Mr. Klaussen is reading...

I remember back in the day, if you didn't check the site a few times a day you could not keep up with the comments. Now, how have things changed. I think checking once a month is more than enough. He ran his own site into irrelevancy.

Wouldn't you know it, that vicious attack was Lane in one of his many screen names. He was not going to stand for dissent on Hoboken411 and wanted to destroy the other person standing against his ghostwritten stories.

Perry Klaussen was sharing visitor's information with Lane Bajardi and he was using it in the vilest manner!!

Perry and Lane the two vilest scumbags in Hoboken and that's saying something. (Let's put Mason in her own "special" category.)

    3. Journey, dear. After reading literally thousands of these documents, the mean-spiritedness expressed toward you is not surprising, you are in (lots of) good company.

    4. I have a feeling as the weeks progress we will see a lot more emails with horrible things being said about people who simply did not like Mason/Russo/Castellano/Occhipinti

I'm guessing if you had the temerity to dare speak at a meeting, serve on a board, to pretty much do anything that this cabal disagreed with they at least bad mouthed you to each other and would escalate from there to try and hurt you

    5. I would rather be grouped with you, GA, than the creepy cabal.

  13. Kimberly Cardinal-Bajardi and Sara Goff-Strojkovic must not be too pleased with the dramatic up tick in people posting their opinions now in Hoboken and their increasing notoriety.

  14. A more recent email exchange...

Sara: "Knucklehead plaintiffs just got all our emails declared public documents with that asinine SLAPP suit!"

    Kim: "Ugh! Wait a minute..."

    ReplyDelete
  15. Hey Sara,

In case your reading this, I was not scared, morbidly curious and I would be proud to be linked to such people as Roman and Nancy.

Are you proud being linked to the Masons, Russos, and Bajardis? Because the internet is forever, and you are now forever linked to them.

  16. I think everyone should keep in mind that behind the scenes, this is who reform is fighting against. The silence by the other side on the tactics of the people in these emails is proof positive that they all at least condone this sort of behavior. And it isn't like all of them didn't know what was going on.

I bet they are also all mortified that we have proof it was going on in the form of these emails.

  17. Two things in regard to the SLAPPers statement, "I'm betting that most of the bloggers just stopped blogging, hoping that their new found silence keeps them safe - yes, they are that dumb."

    1) Go fuck yourself. Truly. Who the fuck do you think you are? With the stuff that everyone -and I do mean EVERYone- has read about you in the last 6 weeks with your tawdry, bitter, hateful secret life leaking out in the open every day - who the fuckity fuck fuck do you think you are?

    2) Regarding the hope that silence keeps anyone safe after they have truly pissed off someone else in such an egregious manner, attempting to ruin lives on the basis of a string of easily and now openly disproved lies, put that in your own pipe and smoke it.

Want to file an appeal and make the defendants spend another pile of money when your lawsuit is already an open joke for all to see? Want to pretend none of this ever happened? Want to send Beth's goon squad around to make things personal with more fliers, trucks and other acts of public terror?

You know what you would do if you had all the dirt the defendants have on you. Let yourselves dream a little. Let's see how dumb you are. You only have a few enemies. Just all the people you treated like dirt because they were in Beth's way. Not just people you sued. People you trashed everywhere you found them. Every nasty thing you ever said is now in all of their hands. Not opinion, not defamation. No, none of that. Your own words are what they have. Pleasant dreams.

  18. Was Sara Stojkovic ever deposed or called as a witness? Her revealing and voluminous emails are a surprise to many. I can only imagine what might have been revealed if she testified.

    1. When I was pro se, I planned to call her as a trial witness. Plaintiff did not call her as a witness. He called Ricciardi, Occhipinti, Petrosino, Cammarano and Mason.
