Carmelo: "I got thrown off the Enterprise"

Carmelo got tossed off the Enterprise right into the Doomsday Machine!  OH, NO!!!!

Or, maybe it was, "I got thrown out by the Enterprise."

Let me check that lawsuit... which one is it?

Number one?  The sequel?  The sequel of the sequel?

There!  On page 24, it says under "Count Six" that "these persons" (the Defendants) constitute an "Enterprise" -- the final frontier, where no frivolous lawsuit filed by Louis Zayas on behalf of Carmelo Garcia has gone before.  These are the voyages of... the uber-Litigious Dark Side.

Oh dear!  Poor Carmelo!  Tossed off the Enterprise by those terrible white people, into the  gaping maw of the Doomsday Machine!

Yes!  They ARE white!  White, white, white!

I told you!

Are you sure Dana's white?  She looks exotic to me.

I had him figured for a white guy.

What color is the Mayor's husband?

Aaargh!  A white invasion!

I knew the "Old Guard" wasn't white!   Mike Russo's a Klingon!  So's Terry Castellano!  Timmy?  I'm not sure, but he must have space rocks between his ears.

Jeez, it's a shame the Enterprise turned white.  That means Lieutenants Sulu and Uhura got beamed onto a desolate asteroid, or else got tossed off the ship like space junk-- like Carmelo.  Oh wait...

Aren't most ethnic Hispanics white?    Isn't Carmelo Garcia white?  Yes he IS!  What about Louis Zayas...  is he white, too?

This is confusing.  Beam me up, Scotty!  (Who is white, by the way.)

  1. You definitely want to steer clear of the green guy. He's definitely not white like Carmelo or Louie Zayas. Sue the green guy!

  2. It's unfortunate we live in a city terrorized by white people.

  3. Haaa!!! In the same way that the ridiculous over-the-top "ethnic cleansing" charge got the previous lawsuit tossed, this totally nutty fixation "white" people makes this case look bush league. As noted on MSV, the whole thing reads as a political statement, not a legal argument.

And FWIW, Uhura was by far the hottest Trekker, no way she'd get tossed overboard. ;)

  4. The doomsday machine would spit up Carmelo like a hairball.

  5. Puerto Ricans like Garcia are white too as Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. Mello, as a Portuguese-American may also be considered Hispanic or Latin by some.

The charges are ludicrous and ironic, considering Garcia's purported role in the "ethnic cleansing" of the Applied buildings when those units were allowed to revert to market value.

  6. No offense, but that graphic might very well be your funniest.

Shouldn't Carmelo be a Red Shirt? Or would that be too ethnic?

  7. Question for Carmelo. Did you ever mention your concerns about "consolidating power" to Brian Stack? Mayor Brian Stack? Senator Brian Stack? The man who for all intents and purposes appointed you to the state assembly, notwithstanding your campaign contributions from no-bid contractors?

Are you afraid that Zimmer will become more like Brian Stack and be able to appoint assembly representatives in other communities while double-dipping as mayor and senator and tossing favors to the Russos?

That would certainly be a bad thing. Is that what this 8th or 9th lawsuit of yours is about - making sure the mayor doesn't start acting like your boss and benefactor Brian Stack?

  8. you gotta wonder what brian stack is thinking right now? on a side note, you would think the city of hoboken would ask for the lawsuit to be thrown out as it is meritless? not sure why anyone would even bother commenting on such poopycock..GA i luv the star trek theme...LMAO

    1. Thanks, but you've gotta give Louis Zayas credit for the Star Trek theme.
