The answers are in a 297-page audit of the 2005-2006 BoE.
That year, Frank Raia (Move Forward Treasurer) and Carmelo Garcia (Move Forward supporter) were BoE President and Vice President, respectively. Folks, the sheer brass balls of the audit findings will have you thinking GA made this up. Which is why I will give you page references to every one, so you can see for yourself.
In 2005-2006, the Hoboken school district employed 41 full-time janitors plus 19 part-time janitors. (Wow... Hoboken must have had the cleanest schools in the universe!)
WHY did the 2005-2006 BoE OUTSOURCE janitorial services at a cost of $91K?
Our district employed 60 janitors AND hired Aramark to clean our schools?

It sounds like the TAXPAYERS and the KIDS' EDUCATION MONEY was what got cleaned out. Because a bunch of janitors were paid from the district's school budget to do... what?
What were these 'janitors' doing if Aramark was cleaning our buildings? And all the EXTRA EMPLOYEES without job titles, descriptions, locations....
Under the 2005-2006 BoE the district had 1,050 employees on it's payroll. Take a look:

Nobody wets their beak under Kids First. That's why the Machine and monied interests have aligned to defeat them.
Machine-powered Move Forward vs. Parent/taxpayer-powered Kids First.
Now do you see why the Move Forward kickoff guest list looked like this? (They scrubbed this post from their Facebook page because they don't want you to see WHO's pulling their strings.)
OK, one more indecency from that Audit from Hell....
This made my jaw drop: the Raia-Garcia School Board wrote a Purchase Order to itself for $560,157.75! And paid itself $55,949.96! And ONLY provided a description of the expense to the auditor- NO Purchase Order or supporting documentation provided.

That would NEVER have happened under Kids First. And it never WILL.
GA's a public school mom. And I want the people who are doing great things for our kids, for the right reasons to run our district.
On November 6th, please vote for the Clean Team- not the ones who've taken us to the Cleaners.
