Oh, brother. It's never too early in the campaign season for low-road campaigning.
GA was forwarded a copy of this email from "Hoboken BOE" endorsing the 'Move Forward Hoboken' slate of candidates.
It goes without saying that the Hoboken Board of Education would never lend it's name to a political campaign.
Their campaign managers must take responsiblity for this- GA was told they are Joe Branco and Terry Castellano's son, John Castellano. Shame.
And, we may expect more of the same 'moving forward'.
Perhaps THAT'S what we should call this slate: 'Moving Lies Forward' or 'Moving Forward Dishonestly' or 'Moving Forward to the Past' or 'Fooling Hoboken Forward'.
What's your favorite?
Now, the question is: did the candidates of 'Move Forward Hoboken' knowingly misappropriate the Hoboken Board of Education's name for a political endorsement?
If this is the kind of dishonest campaign they are running, why would we put the district's kids in their hands?
