GA's not surprised.
That's how you know when you've made it in politics. President Obama has one. Henry Kissinger had one. George W. Bush had one. Saddam Hussein had one.
And Perry Belfiore is a big player in Hoboken politics. Why shouldn't he have one, too?
ALL of history's big political figures have had decoys. Think I'm kidding?
Listen to Wikipedia:
A political decoy is a person employed to impersonate a politician, to draw attention away from the real person or to take risks on their behalf. This can also apply to military figures, or civilians impersonated for political/espionage purposes. Now take a look at Perry's decoy, Not-Perry- the resemblance is uncanny. Including the fluffy, silver God-like mane.
The political decoy is an individual who has been selected because of their strong physical resemblance to the person they are impersonating. This resemblance can be strengthened by plastic surgery. Often, such decoys are trained to speak and behave like their 'target'.
Was Not-Perry trained to speak like him and behave like him? Do they like the same ice cream? Cut their meat the same way? Read the same books? Laugh at the same jokes? Use the same shampoo? (Fructis by Garnier)
Not-Perry appears at public meetings and court rooms with Mason's personal videographer, Tim, pretending to be Perry B., while Perry B. is off somewhere being Perry B.
What does that all mean?
GA's got no idea. But if someone out there knows, give me a holler!
