Now, the fact Ms. Sullivan hasn't confirmed complying with Ruben Ramos' co-Sponsored Bill A444 does not mean she's flouted it. It simply means she's not confirmed whether or not she's flouted it.
One hopes our entire School Board has obeyed Ramos' new State law and has submitted (and cleared) criminal background checks.
As GA noted earlier, anyone who has not received an approval letter from the State cannot be seated at the dais at tomorrow's School Board meeting.
