FBI ALERT: Council Minority Shakedown

Extortion (also called shakedown) is a criminal offense which occurs when a person unlawfully obtains either money, property or services from a person(s), entity, or institution, through coercion. Refraining from doing harm is sometimes euphemistically called protection. Extortion is commonly practiced by organized crime groups. The actual obtainment of money or property is not required to commit the offense.

prosbus' "remaining council members" are rogue government officials openly contemptuous of the law, flouting the rules that apply to all NJ municipalities, running a 'shadow government' by exceeding their power as legislators.  Their goal: absolute power and profit.

If walks like a duck, looks like a duck and quacks like one...

Mason, Occhipinti, Russo and Terry C (MORT)  are behaving like gangsters.  Are they?

Here is what MORT is using as leverage to 'get' the 10 new patronage jobs- the paychecks of Hoboken firefighters and city workers (source: Patch):

The Hoboken City Council was unable to move $2 million in line items during Monday night's council meeting, which could mean the city will run out of money to pay its employees before the end of the year.

The largest chunk of the money is $900,000 in fire department overtime. If the money isn't transferred, the city may run out of money to pay its firemen and women, as well as other city employees.

After a roughly hour and a half discussion during the council meeting on Monday night, the four minority members of the city council voted the measure down, saying they didn't have sufficient information to approve the line item transfers. Line item transfers need six votes to pass, one more than the mayor's five-vote majority.

Did you read that, brave men and women of Hoboken's Fire Department?  Want to know who's screwing you out of your pay?  Your 'friends'.

MORT voted to stiff Hoboken firefighters and city workers.

But wait... just like these 4 opposed the hospital sale until the final opportunity to schedule a closing- or the Buyer would have walked, maybe... just maybe... they realized that AGAIN they've taken their political game too far.

Because of THEM, our courageous men and women, our city workers face empty envelopes on payday.

So... what do these 4 disobedient adult-children do?

They send in The Clown.

An internet blogger named 'prosbus' (Lane Bajardi) is dispatched by these 4 elected officials to lay down the Council minority's DEMANDS to restore the pay of our HFD.  It'll cost 10 new jobs.  Because that's the Russo key to power: you do for me, I do for you.

 In other words, this OUTLAW government, these rogues are floating their extortion scheme on an internet message board!   And... when these outlaws hold the HFD hostage, they don't just send their terms on a creepy note.... they send in a CREEP with a note!  Which he posted on Patch.

Are we all living in a bad-made-for-TV movie?

So when GA and others called out the Bajardi post for what it was- extortion, what do you think he did?

A 'normal' individual would have pulled it. Bajardi's the other kind.

Mr. Bajardi appears to present a history of paranoically-rooted, symbolic annihilation fantasies---often of a rather ritualistic nature, via media-focused schemes & vendettas.   There appears to be a nearly constant desire to be “on camera,” via a myriad of sometimes novel approaches to attention-seeking.   This is evidenced by his ritualistic behaviors with certain “props.”  The attachment to certain objects---in particular, an easel.  One might postulate this is a symbolic “stand-in” of sorts.  A “security blanket,” if you will, e.g., a “transitional object” that offers some sort of self-soothing.  This may in fact offer some “solace” for Mr. Bajardi, not unlike thumb-sucking & hair-twirling behaviors, so common during the Oedipal Phase.  

Co-related, are his increasingly transparent, failed attempts to apparently mimic Multiple Personality Disorder on your local blogs.  For Mr. Bajardi, these strivings only seem to have resulted in further public humiliation, which could in turn be speculated  only serve to further fuel his narcissistic injuries and rage.

From what has been Psycho-Scouted as “general public opinion,” your Mr. Bajardi now seems to display a rather fixed pattern of negative attention-seeking, again pointing to impaired reality testing skills & histrionic self-defeating behaviors.   All seemingly parallel behaviors to the object of his apparent idealization!
